So if you aren't already snuggled up in bed,
I invite you to do so now.
Cover yourself with your soft blankets and rest your heavy head onto your pillow.
Lay your arms wherever they feel most comfortable for you,
And close your beautiful eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale out the mouth,
Making a sigh.

It's like the breath is softening and relaxing all areas it touches and flows through.
Your head,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Back,
Hips and legs all feel heavy but supported as they sink into the bed beneath you.
Surrender to this feeling.
It is safe to let go,
To sink into deep relaxation now.
All tension dissolves,
All stress dissolves,
Everything dissolves now.
All that remains is an inner stillness,
A softness.
You feel a sense of spaciousness within you.
Breathe and surrender into it.
