Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences. It's time to go on a solar coaster. Welcome, Welcome everyone. We are back today for another meditation experience and today is called I Am. This is much shorter than the usual meditation journeys and over the next few months I will be doing a series of shorter meditations encouraging more people to get involved. I appreciate the journeys can be time restricting for many and for people just entering meditation that can be a lot of time to commit. So this is a great way to introduce yourself to the power of meditation and what it can do for you. And the one thing that I ask is to get yourself into a comfortable position. Let go of anything that has taken place in your day. Let go of anything that you have coming up and enjoy this. And all I ask is to notice how you feel now to how you feel when this finishes. And meditation does so much more than just turning up for the session as every aspect of your life starts changing and you will notice the difference. It quiets the mind and going through life to have a quiet mind that's peaceful. Which that peace is felt inside the body as healing. And all of this then connects you with your soul which is your spirit. So enjoy this everyone. We are going to do a countdown from four. Enjoy this everyone. I am. Four, Three, Two, One, Go. Close in your eyes. Bring yourself to this moment. Bring yourself to this moment. Hearing that inner voice. To hear that voice we must be still. Silent. Listen. So I am going to start with a treat for you. A gift for you. After this first breath, Listen out to the birds. And every sound from them birds are a gift for you. Messages. Wisdom. Insight. Wisdom. Insight. Just one breath. These messages come from people in your life. People from your past. People from past lives. Be open to receive. Hearing that inner voice. So I am going to ask you a simple question. Right now, Who is the one listening? A simple answer to a simple question. Who is listening? So if we spin that question round. And you ask that question to yourself. Am I listening? To flip around, Am I? If the answer was me. We can still flip around that. E. M. Listening. M. Hearing that inner voice. The clues. The signs. The answers. Hearing that inner voice. The clues. The signs. M is in. In listening. So flip around these words. Am I? Who is the answerer? Who is the witness? If there is no answer. A knowing in the silence. I know. I am. I know. And anything that is not that feeling, You say no. I am. Hearing that inner voice is the treasure. The gold inside you. Precious stones. Treasure chest. The treasure is in your chest. That golden heart. Who is present in your heart? Who is present? The hidden treasure. The hidden treasure. The inner temple. The inner kingdom. The king wears the crown. Glistening like crystals. Christ all. Crystal clear. Christ all clear. Notice that feeling. In your own time. Take your time. Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
