Today we're going into the definition of being.
A spiritual being having a human experience.
A human being.
Being human.
The words are in our everyday life.
Yet that word being is something that we have yet to fully understand.
And being is the opposite of doing.
The opposite of searching.
The opposite of striving.
It just is.
And meditation is the best way to go into these spaces.
And we often seek for something outside of ourself.
We often seek for a new experience.
Yet when we just be,
The experience is the soul.
And in those moments that is when magic takes place.
That is where God speaks from within.
That is where you become one with your soul.
So enjoy this experience.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
So let us start this experience with one deep breath.
In through your nose.
Pull that breath up through the body,
The mind.
Up as high as you can with the soul.
And we are going to repeat that breath again.
And on the exhalation completely let go.
Just one breath.
Taking your attention inside your body.
On this next breath,
Feel the outer body let go.
Just one breath.
Let it go.
A light body.
Now keeping your attention inside your body.
Know where to go.
Become the observer.
Allowing the mind to wander.
Wandering inside the body.
Wander in.
And at the back of your mind,
Continue to relax that outer body.
Let it go.
Mind inside the body.
Mind in the body.
The minder of the body.
Mind sets the body.
The responsibility of the mind.
That is appreciated by your body.
That care from your mind.
A careful body.
Full of care.
It's time to get really still.
A quiet mind equals stillness within the body.
Notice that feeling.
That light rises inside the body.
If we bring the mind into the heart center.
Into that heart space.
Imagine the laser from your third eye.
Laser focus on that heart center.
The mind's eye to that heart space.
Body mind.
Mind body.
Stay with that feeling.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
So let us really bring that attention into the depth of your heart.
Right at the center.
Keeping the body completely still.
Attention in that heart space.
Effortlessly.
The smallest subtle breaths.
In through your nose.
Out through your nose.
Small subtle breaths.
Stillness of the body.
That breath creates space in the mind.
Be with that feeling.
That feeling is your soul.
Be with your soul.
At one with your soul.
Be at that beat to your soul.
That life inside your body.
That life.
Force energy.
That life.
That light.
That love.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
To be with that feeling.
It's meant to be.
Meant is the mind.
Mind to be.
Be in the mind.
Be in mind.
Mind be in.
Now bring awareness to the body.
A complete let go of the body.
Become the observer.
Be with that feeling.
At one with God.
Be at one.
Exploration of the body.
Being guided by God.
Showing you his creation.
Let him lead the way.
Blown away by this creation.
Mesmerized by this creation.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
Just one breath.
Just be.
Light up that feeling.
Feeling light.
Ignited by that feeling.
Stay with that feeling.
Nowhere to go.
Just be.
Always in control.
Awareness.
A new dimension.
Notice that feeling.
Drifting with that feeling.
Be in that stillness.
Just one breath.
It's meant to be.
Mind to be.
Mind being still.
Mind with the soul.
Mind sets the body.
Body still.
Body being still.
Body being.
A soul full being.
Soul full inside the body.
Soul full inside the body.
Full of soul.
Full of self.
Be proud of that feeling.
You are the soul.
Just one breath.
When you are one with the soul.
Your mind gets to create.
Removal of self is a removal of the body.
Mind out the way.
Your soul.
Your spirit.
Be in spirit.
Breathe as the soul.
Breathe into the space.
That soul full breath.
Freedom is your soul.
Freedom is that feeling.
Acceptance.
Acknowledgement.
Appreciation.
There is no start.
There is no end.
The soul is timeless.
Emptiness.
Hollowness.
Wholeness.
The definition of being.
No words to describe this feeling.
No limits.
No barriers.
No time.
No labels.
The knowing is that feeling.
Being.
A free part being.
Soul.
Mind.
Body.
Your soul is the truth.
Your soul is being.
That is spirit.
So in these moments to just be.
Appreciate this feeling.
I remember this feeling.
That safe space.
To recharge the soul.
To re-mind.
To re-evaluate.
To re-create.
To re-experience.
And when you return back to that waking state.
The human experience.
You appreciate that even more.
To make the most of life.
The life where you get that choice.
To show up each day.
To live your best life.
Just one breath.
A free part being.
Body.
Mind.
Soul.
Soul is the truth.
Mind.
Body is the human experience.
The awakened state is the mind.
The choice.
The creator.
The conductor.
The commander.
The captain of your vessel.
Your body.
Body full of feelings.
Of senses.
Of memories.
Body moves that feeling.
That dance.
That direction.
That dynamic.
Exactly where you are meant to be.
Right here.
Right now.
That soul alignment.
Perfect body balance.
Just one breath.
To just be.
This is your time to shine.
To go with your soul.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly come back to this moment.
Just be.
