Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.

It's time to go on a solar coaster.

Close your eyes.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Welcome back.

Today we are all going to go on a meditation journey.

A shorter meditation.

A meditation for your soul.

So eyes are now closed.

Let us bring awareness to the body.

Turn your attention and focus on your body.

You have to move,

Shuffle,

Wriggle.

Get yourself into a comfortable position.

And now I want you to breathe.

It's effortless breathing.

Moving with that breath until you find that position where there's comfort.

There's quietness.

So now take your attention inside your body.

There's energy inside your body.

And I just want you to feel around your body.

Notice where does your attention go?

If you notice the mind wander,

Bring your attention back inside the body.

So focusing on your breath.

Breathing throughout the body.

Body,

Mind,

Soul.

So that breath moving through the body.

Flowing through the heart center.

Making its way up towards the head.

Through the mind.

Mind becomes out the way.

Allowing you to go outside of the body up towards the soul.

And just imagine the soul is the sun high above your head.

Body,

Mind,

Soul.

And we're going to repeat that breath in through your nose.

Take it as high up as your awareness allows you to.

And as you reach that highest point,

Just pause.

And allow that breath to fall straight back down.

Soul,

Mind,

Body.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

And that's our attention.

That's where our focus is.

Focusing on the breath.

Feeling the inner body.

Bringing awareness to thoughts that come and then they go.

And then there's that energy.

That energy is your spirit.

That's your soul.

Your soul is pure.

That's your energy.

A pure soul.

So with this last breath,

As you let that breath out,

Bring your attention to your heart center.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

And as the eyes are closed,

Imagine your eyes are looking towards the heart.

In our vision.

Envisioning your heart.

Let's bring awareness to your heart.

That beat.

The beat to your life.

The power from your heart.

It's your life's power.

From that first breath when you entered this world.

Along with that breath was that beat.

Notice that feeling.

What a feeling.

That feeling inside of you.

Who created that feeling?

Your feelings are the truth.

Your truth is your soul.

Your soul is your feelings.

So you've got to trust.

Trust in your feelings.

Trust in your soul.

Have faith.

Have faith in your soul.

That feeling.

Of having faith.

Trusting in your soul.

That's a great feeling.

Feeling great.

Greatness.

That's you.

You define the word greatness.

You feel it.

And as we said your feelings are the truth.

So the truth is you are greatness.

You are one of a kind.

You are one kind soul.

You are unique in every way.

Unique in every expression.

You.

One.

You are the one.

So focus on your inner body now.

That feeling.

Knowing you are the one.

Because when you feel it you have won.

In this moment you are winning.

Because you are here now.

As one.

Body,

Mind,

Soul.

Oneness.

So let's ask yourself a question.

And just notice the feelings.

Notice the thoughts.

Just notice.

How are you feeling?

That inner voice.

Feeling great.

Yeah I'm feeling good.

I'm feeling calm.

I'm feeling at peace.

There is an ease to this feeling.

Easy.

So you're going to ask your soul that same question.

And just notice what comes up.

How are you feeling?

Are you feeling?

In your own time.

Take your time.

Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.

And just enjoy this feeling.

Be here now with this feeling.

This feeling is your soul.

Sending you lots of love.
