
Frequency Healing Inside The Body Meditation

Our body is so powerful. When we create space, we can tap into its healing capabilities. Only our mind creates limitations. Bring yourself to a place of calmness and feel the magic that takes place within.

Welcome everyone.
This is Hari the Soul Coach Meditations.
It's time to go on a solar coaster.
Throughout these experiences I use the phrase just one breath and the breath is going to be such a powerful tool that we can use in our lifetime to bring ourselves centered.
Throughout these experiences I also talk from the three-part being,
A spiritual being having a human experience which is three parts,
The mind,
The body and the soul.
So throughout this experience I say just one breath and that breath effortlessly you're going to pull that in through your nose and you're going to start down inside the stomach.
So just one breath looks like this and the best way to connect body mind and soul is we're going to use the H's,
The heart,
The head and then the higher self,
Body,
Mind,
Soul.
So in that moment just one breath and let yourself go.
The other phrase that is often said within these experiences as well is become the observer and by that it's bringing awareness to all the thoughts,
That noise upstairs,
That little voice that's mostly going off right now.
That is our ego,
It's a chaos,
It's a thunderstorm,
However it's always there.
So become the observer,
We're going to notice all that noise upstairs and you're going to witness as if they're clouds passing by.
So we're witnessing clouds as happy,
Fluffy,
Angry clouds and all you're doing is noticing and then bring yourself to the feelings inside your body.
It's our feelings which is the truth.
So as we go on this journey now every time you feel the mind one runs away or it's too hard to quiet the mind,
Just bring it straight back inside your body again.
And then lastly,
Enjoy this.
These are the moments where you get to create and experience yourself.
It's your feelings,
It's your truth.
The word meditation,
I'm going to ask you to let go of any experiences,
Any interpretations,
Any understanding that you have a meditation.
I'm going to ask you just to scrap that word today and call it an experience.
You're turning up for an experience today and then after you give it its own description.
These experiences are for yourself and it's to know that when you go within,
Your body goes into healing.
Your mind quiets down from the outside world and your soul,
Your spirit,
God,
Source,
Energy,
That comes through.
And you'll see as we go on these experiences,
My ask,
Become the observer and look out for the signs.
So the observing is the thoughts upstairs,
The mind that goes off.
I like to call it brainstorm,
Chaos,
Noise.
That's the ego and those thoughts will come and go like clouds passing by.
So all our focus is to become aware of it,
To let go of attachment,
To notice and then to continue to bring your attention back inside the body.
Your feelings are the truth and your feelings reside inside the body.
Okay,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
When I hear those words,
My shoulders drop.
My body relaxes and my soul gets excited.
Meditation is for the soul.
It's the spirit within you,
Your inner spirit,
Inspirational.
So when I say those words again,
Feel your shoulders relax.
Feel yourself come to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Anything that's happened today,
Let that go.
Relax the body and let that go.
Future thoughts,
Future plans,
Future fears,
Let that go.
Take your attention inside your body.
It's time to connect to your inner body.
That feeling inside your body,
Can you feel it?
There is so much life inside your body.
Bring awareness to that energy.
What is the meaning of life?
Let's start from that feeling.
Life starts from a feeling,
Your truth.
Notice that feeling inside the body,
That energy,
The light inside your body.
It's time to connect deeper to that feeling.
Take your attention to your heart center.
Really focus on your heart center.
Being grateful for your heart,
The power inside your body.
From when you enter this world from nowhere,
That heartbeat,
You are now here.
Every second of every day,
That life flows around your body.
That heart-to-heart connection,
It was heartfelt.
Speaking from the heart.
Notice the power of that feeling.
That power is inside your body.
Pumping energy around your body.
Pumping the spirit.
Body,
Mind,
Soul.
Heart represents the body.
Head represents the mind.
Heart,
Head.
Head,
Heart.
On this next breath,
Alignment of the body and the mind.
Just one breath.
Now bring awareness to the body.
The body's calm,
Because the mind is still.
The body is at ease,
Because the mind is at peace.
A perfect partnership.
Mind sets the body,
And the body loves the mind.
The body responds to those requests,
To those commands.
The captain of the ship.
Ownership.
You are the owner of the mind.
The partnership.
Mind and body.
A powerful combination,
Because you are powerful.
The life inside your body.
Created by the imagination of your mind.
So your thoughts stimulate feelings,
In a flash.
The soul.
Now feel the power inside your body.
Think of a loved one.
Smiling.
Laughing.
An overwhelming amount of joy.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
You always have a choice.
Your soul is the truth.
Think of your truth,
Because the truth is inside your body.
So it's time to experience the power of your body.
Advanced in design.
A healing machine.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
It's time to bring the attention inside your body.
Where your attention goes,
Healing flows.
The healing inside your body.
So it's time to communicate with your body.
The imagination from the mind.
So starting,
Bring your attention to the soles of your feet.
Bring your focus to the soles of your feet.
Notice that feeling.
From the soles of your feet,
You have the heal.
Healing inside the body.
It's time to flow up the entire body.
It's time to connect the dots inside your body.
Imagine a jigsaw,
And you've completed all around the edges.
That is your body.
So with focus and attention,
Scan around your body.
What you put out comes back.
So as you scan around your body,
The appreciation of your body.
Feel your body respond right back.
Being appreciated in life.
Being seen.
Being heard.
Being respected.
We seek all of those things,
And we go outside of ourself to receive them.
Our body seeks all of those things too.
Appreciation to the body.
All there is is unconditional love from your body.
So what you put out comes back from your body.
What you put in comes out of the body.
Your essence is that life inside your body.
Your beauty.
Notice that feeling.
See your soul inside the body.
Your sacred space.
The secrets inside your body.
Only to be experienced by your soul.
Yourself.
The God within you.
God co-creates inside your body.
Which means your body is the castle.
The protector of your soul.
And your mind is the gatekeeper to the castle.
Allowing what comes in,
And what goes out.
And sometimes the mind has a mind of its own.
We have to re-mind for the mind to get out of the way.
The mind has a choice.
And when you listen to your body.
That feeling.
That knowing.
That is your truth.
So anything that's not that feeling,
Is not your truth.
Allowing the mind to say no.
And saying no,
When you know it's the truth.
And you stand on that.
Feel the response from your body.
I know.
Feel the thank you from your body.
Thank you for the protection of my soul.
And the more time we spend inside the body.
We think mirror.
We emit our light.
We brighten up.
We feel light.
That spark inside the body.
Shining inside the body.
Your sun inside the body.
Your soul.
The sun of God.
My sun.
God is your body.
The only limitations is from the mind.
You can use your mind to imagine that feeling.
So it's time to connect to the full force of your body.
To surrender.
Go with the flow.
So imagine being up at your higher self.
Looking back down on your body.
About to experience the power of the body.
A gift from God.
That is your body.
Notice that feeling.
Your safe space.
Your place of bliss.
Notice that calmness.
That stillness.
Mind sets the body to set an intention.
So you can feel those feelings inside the body.
That energy.
Your mind sets the intention.
The tensions inside the body.
And as you go through your day.
Your body is that intelligence.
It uses its senses.
To look out for the signs.
To attach to those intentions.
So it's time to ask your soul a question.
Silently repeat this question back to yourself.
Bring awareness to the feelings inside the body.
Just one breath.
Here comes the question.
What do I want?
What do I want?
A life I deserve.
My dream life.
What do I want?
If you bring awareness to the feelings inside the body.
What do I want?
What I want I already have as that feeling.
The soul.
The speed of light.
Moves quicker than the body.
Free sense.
It presents to the mind.
So the mind sets the body.
Your thoughts from the mind.
Move quicker than the body.
So you always have a choice to change your mind.
If the mind is out the way.
You listen to your soul.
So knowing you are that feeling.
You can feel it now.
Body then stimulates the mind.
Create.
Inspiration from the mind.
The imagination from the mind.
Leaves the in magic inside the body.
So ask yourself.
What do I want?
Enjoy that feeling.
Now take your attention to your shoulder.
Imagine sitting on your shoulder.
The calmness of your body.
Notice that stillness.
No mind.
No body.
A free spirit.
Freedom for your soul.
Your soul is the truth.
Notice that freedom.
Just one breath.
Rise with that feeling.
Your soul is the master.
And your mind creates the masterpiece.
And your body experiences peace within.
Inside the body.
Presence.
You are the gift.
You are special.
One of a kind.
You are the one.
And you are kind.
Mankind.
You are unique.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
Enjoy that feeling.
Be proud of that feeling.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
Be with that feeling.
Always remember.
You are fully in control.
Bring yourself back to the body.
And slowly open your eyes.
Bring back that feeling.

Your truth is your feelings.
