I've got a really nice playlist today.
The artist is called Daniel Namkhy and when I started falling into this sort of music,
His songs have changed a lot of my life.
It really helped me to get into flow.
He uses the flute quite a lot as well and whilst I was going through the meditations I started connecting the instruments to functions of the body.
I always say that the sounds are the keys to your body.
So soul sounds and the flute,
If you have any breathing issues,
If you play the flute and then focus on your breath,
Watch how your airways just clean up.
And when people are exercising,
I'm from the fitness industry and my playlist used to be hip-hop,
Heavy metal,
Things that get me pumped all the time.
I started playing around with playing this music with my training,
Completely changing the dynamic.
The mind would get in the way,
However my body would flow.
So I've called this Immerse in the Law and the law represents the land,
Air and water.
I'm really going to get you to bring awareness to those words,
Land,
Air and water.
And then the law that is for all of us,
Land,
Air and water.
We are the law and if we look at it as God's law,
This is God's creation and we are part of that.
We are a unique expression of God.
Then we can have some fun with this.
We're going to go quite deep today.
I'm going to play around with the breath from a few of the rounds as well.
And the breathing,
Just take my instructions and on some of the breaths throughout this experience,
Just be with me.
And as you're breathing,
Bring awareness to breath and body.
Breath and body.
We can even do breath,
Brain and body.
Let's keep it as the phrase.
Breath,
Brain,
Body.

Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.

So let's start with just one breath.
Pulling that breath up through the body,
The mind and up as high as you can to reach the soul.
As that breath falls back out of the body,
When you let it go,
Bring the awareness back inside the stomach and then repeat that process again.
So breathing in,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
And as you're working on this breath,
Intention,
Keep the body still.
And you'll find on each breath,
There's more awareness.
The body still.
We're going to bring the attention inside the body.
Calmness inside the body.
Stillness inside the body.
Bring awareness to the energy in the container,
Your body.
So on this next breath,
We're going to hold at the top,
Holding the breath and keeping your attention inside the body.
Just one breath.
Body,
Mind.
Hold at the top.
Bring awareness inside the body.
Notice that feeling.
Slowly let that breath out.
And we're going to repeat that again.
So even deeper breath.
And as you feel the energy inside the body,
It's to relax the outer body.
And feel the spirit,
Your breath,
Work its magic within you.
So holding on this next breath.
Just one breath.
Hold.
The spirit in the body.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
Stillness in the mind.
Allows the soul to flow through the body.
Let that breath out.
Bring awareness to the breath to keep it at a minimum.
Imagine starting just before your nose.
Rising up to the third eye.
From your nose to your head.
And we're really now going to soften the breath in through your nose.
Softening your nose.
The shorter the breath,
The less body.
Stillness at the body.
And the beauty when you limit it to a narrow breath,
Is on that inhalation you ignite.
And on that exhalation you relax.
Feel the tops of your shoulders.
Subtle rise.
A subtle fall.
See if you can keep shortening that breath.
Getting to a point where you can just get in.
Notice that feeling.
Notice that calmness.
Take your attention inside your body.
Now those breaths inside the body.
Breathing in the stillness.
Down deep into the stomach.
So the smallest breath in and a longer breath out.
When you feel like to stop breathing,
Push down again.
So it's almost two breaths out.
Bring awareness to the shoulders on that second breath out.
Notice that feeling.
Your safe space.
Enjoy that feeling.
Air and water.
So let's start at the core.
The air.
The spirit.
Bring awareness to the breath.
And what takes place as you breathe in,
You pull that air out from the external world.
From life itself.
That magic comes into the body.
And the spirit dances inside the body.
That breath brings life inside the body.
That breath is light inside the body.
Light to energize the body.
Notice that feeling.
That breath connects with your body.
So we're going to bring the attention to the heart center.
I'm going to bring awareness to the breath that goes through the heart.
Through the head.
Up to the spirit.
And on that exhalation,
You pull that breath back down through the mind.
Into the body.
And back into that heart center.
Feel that breath get pumped around the body.
That pulse around the body.
Fully healing inside the body.
Just one breath.
It's time to make swirls around the body.
So keeping your attention with the breath.
From your root chakra.
Up to the head.
The length of your spine.
The cord in the middle.
And as you pull that breath up the body,
Swirl around the spine.
A spinal swirl.
Now increase the size of that swirl around the body.
In the darkness you bring the light.
In the space you bring the breath.
Feel that life inside the body.
Enjoy that feeling.
The air inside your body.
You are the air.
Land,
Air and water.
It's time to go with the flow.
To be one with nature.
Just one breath.
Your inner child.
Flow with that feeling.
Bring in the sun.
Shine your light.
Your inner child.
Your inner light.
Enjoy that feeling.
Play in.
Play in with your soul.
Play brightens up the soul.
Enjoyment from the soul.
Enjoy mind.
Just one breath.
Now bring your awareness to the body.
The flow of your body.
Go in with the flow.
Now keeping your attention inside the body.
The water inside the body.
A hydrated body.
To hydrate.
The splashes inside the body.
A soul splash.
A fully flowing body.
A new lease of life.
Bring your awareness to the spirit inside the body.
Your soul.
That soulful feeling.
Stillness in the mind.
Calmness in the body.
Allowing our soul to explore the land.
The land is the body.
A free spirit.
A deeper level of awareness.
The roots to that feeling.
To explore the grounds of the body.
The grounding within the body.
Looking through the eyes of the body.
Looking through the eyes of the soul.
Your higher self.
Higher with your soul.
Soul mind body.
To heal with the body.
Bring the mind in alignment with the body.
I am the body.
Mind the body.
Now take your attention inside the body.
From your arms.
To your hands.
From your hips.
To your feet.
From your feet to your heart.
Arms.
Feet.
Heart.
Now be with that feeling.
A safe space.
The light inside the body.
The light in the mind.
The light shining down from your soul.

It's time to feel the magic inside the body.
The inspiration inside the body.
That spark inside the body.

The angels inside the body.
