So these meditation experiences are amazing for every aspect of your life.

So yes,

You're turning up for a meditation now.

My encouragement is to bring awareness to what takes place after.

You'll get to ask questions within these meditation experiences and sometimes answers may not come right away.

However,

I always encourage people to look out for the signs and to continue on your day and notice what other changes do take place.

It's magical and you can start using it for your benefit.

Whenever you ask yourself questions,

You'll see once you get quiet and still,

Answers will come your way.

So today's experience,

We're going to go into something called soul questions.

I'm going to ask a question and silently,

You're going to repeat that question back to yourself.

My encouragement is as you ask the question,

Attach the words to the feelings inside your body.

It will make more sense when you're asking yourself the questions.

Your feelings are the truth.

Your feelings are your soul.

So as you ask,

Connect and notice the feelings inside your body.

Throughout the experience,

I'll use the phrase just one breath.

That breath,

If you start your awareness at the base of your spine,

And effortlessly through your nose,

You're going to breathe up the body,

Taking your attention through the heart center,

Then up to the mind,

Which we'll say the head.

And then you're going to take it as high as you can.

Imagine the sun up in the sky.

We call that your soul.

So just one breath.

Body,

Mind,

Soul,

Heart,

Head,

Higher self.

And as you let that breath out,

Just bring the attention back inside the body.

That breath is a great way to bring yourself centered,

To bring yourself in alignment.

And whenever you feel any resistance,

Any stress,

Any overwhelm,

Close your eyes and just one breath.

And you'll see you'll bring yourself back to the present moment.

I also use the phrase become the observer.

And by that,

I encourage people to just bring awareness to any thoughts that are going on upstairs.

The chaos,

The self-talk,

Call that all the ego.

Notice it and then again,

Bring your attention back inside the body.

So we're going to be doing a synchronized start.

And I'm asking you to bring awareness to how you're feeling.

Because this busy,

Fast paced life,

Sometimes we forget.

That the most simplistic place to be is a place of peace and calmness.

And when you find those moments,

It is still.

Your body goes into healing.

Your mind then allows to go into a creative state.

And this is all an experience for yourself.

And if you feel like you have to move,

Be more than welcome to.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Take your attention inside your body.

Bring awareness to the feelings inside your body.

So we're going to start today's experience with just one breath.

Body,

Mind,

Soul.

Your body is the container for your feelings.

Your feelings are your truth.

Your feelings are your soul.

So keeping your attention inside your body.

Notice that feeling.

Bring awareness to the entire body.

On this next breath,

On the exhalation.

Feel the body relax.

Just one breath.

Complete relaxation of the body.

Notice that calmness.

Mind sets the body.

So if there's calmness inside your body,

That means your mind is still.

A quiet mind is a peaceful body.

A masterpiece.

Bring awareness to the stillness within the body.

That emptiness of the body.

Just one breath.

It's time to become really still.

Stillness.

A spiritual being having a human experience.

Your spirit is your soul.

The human experience is the mind and the body.

Mind sets the body.

Body stimulates the mind.

So again,

Bring focus inside your body.

Your safe space.

Your calm space.

Mind inside the body.

Perfect body balance.

So your soul is the truth.

Your feelings.

The feelings inside your body.

So it's time to ask yourself some soul questions.

Silently repeat back the questions to yourself.

First soul question.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Become the observer.

Notice the thoughts and bring your attention back inside the body.

Who am I?

Notice that feeling.

Who am I?

Who am I as a feeling?

Just one breath with that feeling.

Second soul question.

What do I want?

What do I want?

Knowing that you are in complete control.

You have a magic wand.

What is it that you want?

Enjoy that feeling.

Third soul question.

What is my purpose?

What is my purpose?

My unique gifts.

My passions.

My experiences.

The things that I love doing.

What is my purpose?

Bring awareness to that feeling.

That feeling inside the body.

Just one breath with that feeling.

Fourth soul question.

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

Grateful for being me.

Grateful for the people that have come into my life.

Grateful for my past experiences.

Grateful for those challenges.

Grateful for the future opportunities.

What am I grateful for?

Bring awareness to that feeling.

Enjoy that feeling.

Just one breath with that feeling.

Now take your attention inside your body.

Connect with that energy.

The force inside your body.

Your spirit.

Your soul.

Forever healing inside the body.

Remember that feeling.

Notice that stillness.

Just one breath.

The lights inside your body.

Body feeling light.

That light feeling.

Notice that calmness.

That stillness.

There's magic inside your body.

Bring awareness to that feeling.

That feeling.

Feel your soul rise through your body.

Rise with that feeling.

Your safe space.

Your place of bliss.

The kingdom inside your body.

Bring awareness to that feeling.

Who created that feeling?

Be proud of that feeling.

Always in control of that feeling.

You have always been in control.

In your own time.

Take your time.

Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.

Just be.

Bring awareness to your inner body.

That sweet spot inside the body.

Slowly bring yourself back to the body.

Bring awareness to that feeling.
