It's time to go on a solar coaster.

Welcome everyone.
We are back,
Back again today for another meditation experience.
So today's experience is called Release.
I'm going to do a countdown from four.
And as always to enjoy this experience.
So four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Closing your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
So wherever you are right now,
I'd like you to bring attention to your body.
And we're going to settle into this moment by just adjusting.
A few wriggles,
A few twists,
Subtle movements.
And just get yourself into that comfortable position.
I'm going to take one breath in through your nose,
Out through your nose.
And with this first breath is to release anything that does not serve you.
So just one breath in through your nose,
Out through your nose.
So welcome to today's meditation experience.
I'm excited to go on these journeys with you.
So the energy is real.
And the one thing that I ask is to always be on the feel out for the energy.
The energy starts from within you.
And what you put out comes back.
And these calls is a connected energy and that energy will come back.
You feel it.
So we're going to start today with some soul questions.
And this is personally for you.
I ask myself these questions every single day.
And I let go of what the answers will be.
Because the answers will show themselves to me in a number of ways.
And sometimes you go,
That is the answer that I needed today for this question.
So as I ask the questions,
You're going to silently repeat them back to yourself.
And there will be a space of silence where all I ask is just notice.
Sometimes there'll be no answer that comes,
But notice the feeling.
Bring awareness to your inner body.
And pay attention to the energy.
Right now we're settled in.
So we're going to do one more breath and I'll ask the first soul question.
And you'll see simple,
Simple questions that give a lot of meaning.
So just one breath.
Take your attention inside your body.
First soul question.
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Notice that feeling.
Second soul question.
What do I want?
What do I want?
If I was holding a magic wand right now,
What is it that I want?
What do I want?
Enjoy that feeling.
Third soul question.
What is my purpose?
What is my purpose?
The things that I'm good at.
The things that I love doing.
The things that serve me.
And that serve others.
What is my purpose?
Notice that feeling.
Fourth soul question.
What am I grateful for?
And I want you to relax your shoulders and ask yourself that question again.
What am I grateful for?
Take your attention to your heart center.
It's time for a release.
Notice that feeling of your inner body.
How are you feeling?
Right now in this moment.
How are you feeling?
If we could simplify that answer down to a choice.
Two simple words that have so much meaning.
In our life.
The truth which is love.
The opposite of love is fear.
So if I was to ask you that question again and that was your two answers.
How are you feeling right now?
Fear or love?
Love.
Notice that feeling.
Feel it.
When you're present inside your body.
All there is.
Is love.
To be present inside your body.
Is the gift.
Your body loves you unconditionally.
And what rests inside your body?
If you can feel it.
That energy.
That is your soul.
Your soul is your spirit.
And your soul runs through your body.
Travels solo through your body.
And anything that does not serve you.
Your body.
Lets it go.
So body.
Mind.
Soul.
A freeway partnership.
Soul inside the body.
Body stimulates the mind.
And the mind is the controller of the body.
Allowing the soul to experience.
So where your attention goes.
Energy flows.
So we're going to do one more breath.
And you're going to work with your body.
Mind.
With the body.
And you're going to feel that energy.
All from within.
And on that exhalation.
You're going to follow anything that does not serve you.
And watch it flow away from the body.
Just.
One breath.
Just.
One breath.
And I'm going to ask you to do one more breath.
This time you're going to add more length.
And breathe out for longer.
And notice that feeling.
Just.
Just.
One breath.
So every day is a new day.
And every day you get to show up.
To step into the day.
Body.
Mind.
Soul.
Today is a wonderful day.
So bring awareness to the body.
Bring awareness to those thoughts.
And bring awareness to that energy.
Now imagine yourself.
Yourself.
Flowing through your day.
Flowing through your night.
So in your own time.
Take.
Your time.
Slowly bring yourself.
Back to this moment.
To this.
Be.
