Carol is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher who specializes in Chinese Medicine and Yoga. She has been a Yoga Therapist since 2004 when she graduated from Kripalu and opened Harmony Yoga Studio. Carol teaches mostly Private Classes with Mindful Movements (Yoga/QiGong) and Guided Meditations with Sound Baths/Reiki/Essential Oils. She leads 5 Elements Retreats locally and internationally. Her limited Community Classes (both Live/Zoom) are great for Beginners and those looking for a gentle practice with 5 Elements Yoga (both Ayurvedic & Chinese Medicine) and Restorative Yoga. She leads Yoga Dance Workshops and Corporate Yoga Classes as well. Carol has worked with students healing from Anxiety, Depression, Orthopedic and Neurological Issues and Cancer. Carol believes you can heal yourself one breath at time and will empower you to do so. Carol would love you to join her practicing yoga, meditating and appreciating the grace that washes through our days. Take a moment and notice your breath.
