Welcome to a healing sound bath to relax your body.
So invite yourself to find a comfortable seat or you can lay down.
You can use this sound bath to fall asleep or take a really nice nap.
Or to get energy,
Depending on whatever your intention is.
But invite yourself to find that most comfortable seat.
And we will do a little body scan.
So once you're comfortable,
Just take a big breath in.
And let it go with a sigh.
And as you inhale,
Notice your heels.
Invite your heels to land.
Notice your calves.
Let your calves land.
Notice the pits of your knees.
Knees to the earth.
Feel the backs of the thighs.
Backs of the thighs land.
Feel both legs land.
Feel the earth hold you up.
In your mind's eye,
Feel your low back.
Middle back.
Upper back.
Feel your whole back safe on the earth.
Feel the back of the neck.
Back of the head.
Notice the shoulders.
Upper arms landing.
Let your upper arms surrender.
Elbows land.
Elbows surrender.
Lower arms land.
Lower arms down to the earth.
Feel your wrists.
Let your wrists surrender down.
And notice your hands.
Backs of the hands.
Both arms surrendering down.
Back of the head.
Whole back body.
Feel your whole back body safe on the ground.
In that place of trust and abundance.
As we shift to these beautiful koshi chimes,
Invite yourself to notice the crown of the head.
Letting in that beautiful white light of healing.
Right into that third eye.
Right into your ears.
Right into your nostrils.
Your cheeks.
Your mouth.
And let go of your lower jaw,
Which will help to relax your hips.
Feel your whole face surrender.
In your mind's eye,
Feel your throat.
The throat that connects you from your heart to your head.
That place of full expression,
Communication,
Honesty.
Right in your throat.
Notice what's there.
Notice what's there in that third eye.
The wisdom body.
Right to the throat.
And right to the heart.
Letting yourself just notice what is in your heart.
And in the back of the heart.
Inviting yourself to acknowledge and be with whatever's there in this moment.
And then feel your shoulders,
Tops of the arms.
Elbows.
Lower arms.
Wrists.
And every finger as you focus on your thumbs.
Just allowing any worries of earth energy to be there.
And to melt away.
Index fingers,
Water chi.
Noticing any fears to be there.
And to melt away.
Middle fingers,
This wood energy of springtime.
Being with any irritation,
Frustration,
Anger.
Letting it go.
As you focus your attention right on your ring finger.
The metal chi.
Letting go of any sadness.
Acknowledging it and letting it go.
And finally your pinkies,
Fire element of early summer.
Inviting yourself to be with any anxiety that might be there.
And then letting it go.
Invite your intention to come back up through your heart.
Right into every organ that magically works harmoniously for you.
Without you even paying attention.
Let yourself have an exhale and just say thank you.
The magic in your body,
The harmony.
To your belly,
To the fire.
To be able to digest anything that's there.
Right down through your pelvis.
Your hips.
Tops of the thighs.
Knees.
Chins.
Ankles and tops of your feet.
In your mind's eye noticing big toes.
Second toes.
Third toes.
Fourth toes.
Fifth toes.
Feel the whole two legs.
Two arms.
Front of the body.
And your face.
Whole front body receiving.
Receiving the ease.
As you melt into the back body.
Let yourself find that breath.
That healing breath.

That inhale goes up.
And as you exhale imagine it traveling down.
Through the throat,
Down through the heart,

As you inhale the belly.
Send that breath up the low back,
Middle back,
Upper back.
Around the head.
Third eye.
As you exhale send it down the front.
Through the throat,
Through the heart,
Through the belly.
Down the legs.
Out the feet.
That yang energy up the back body.
Inhale from the belly.
Up the low back,
Middle back,
Upper back.
Around the head.
Third eye.
Right.
As you exhale down the throat.
Down the heart.
Down the belly.
Out through the feet.
And then let yourself come back to just noticing the breath.
Noticing this experience.
This healing sound bath with a body scan.
Just be in the silence for a moment.
Noticing any wisdom of the body.
As you set your intention for off the mat.
Take a deep breath in.
And let it out.
Using the words I am.
And fill in the blank.
Whatever it is that you want to manifest.
Manifest and let the universe work out the details.
