This is a simple breathing technique,
The 4-7-8,
To inspire yourself to breathe in that motivational energy of spring,
To hold that inside of you,
And to let it radiate all around you.
We'll use these beautiful chimes.
So find your most comfortable seat,
And make sure you feel what's touching down,
Land here.
Feel your feet,
Feel your seat.
Feel the crown of the head reaching up to the sky,
And lean back into this place of being right here.
And let yourself just notice your body breathing you.
You could place your left hand on your heart,
Your right hand on your belly,
If you wish,
Or any hand gesture,
But feel the breath coming in on its own,
That inspirational breath filled with resilience.
And notice there's a pause right after the inhale,
And then the exhale happens on its own.
So invite yourself to take a big breath in,
To the count of four,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold the breath at the top for seven,
Exhale for eight.
So we'll do it together.
Let's begin.
In through the nostrils,
Inhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Exhale eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold two,
Three,

Exhale seven,
Six,

One.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.

Take three more rounds.
Last one.
And just let yourself come back to breathing just naturally.
Notice how it feels.
Invite yourself to visualize that spring energy rising up with resilience,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve you,
And receiving.
Everything you wish for,
See it in your mind.
See one thing,
One thing you want to manifest this spring.
