Pineal gland activation to increase imagination,
Intuition and clarity.

This is Gurdi and I'm going to guide you to activate your pineal gland or in yoga to open your third eye.
Please find your most comfortable position keeping your back upright but not uptight.
You can choose to sit or lay down.
Now gently close your eyes and keep on breathing naturally to find more stillness in your mind and body.
Ancient mystics have said that your third eye acts as a bridge in between your inner and outer worlds.
Breathing and meditation are the most common ways to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to relax the body and mind so that everyday thoughts don't hinder your ability to live with more clarity and deeper connection with the universe.
Now allow your breath to become deep and slow.
If you find yourself breathing fast gently bringing your awareness to the sounds around you.
Now bring your awareness on your body quickly scanning your body from your head to toe.
Simply let the breath follow your state of mind and body.
Don't try to change anything simply be with your breath.
Sometimes silently sink in when you inhale and out on your exhale helps in cultivating more concentration.
You will encounter a very natural situation where your mind is wandering.
Instead of stopping thoughts or trying too hard take a moment to become aware that your mind is wandering and make a mental note such as thinking or feeling and whenever possible bring your awareness back on your breathing.
You you you you you you now rest your attention on your third eye region just above and between your two eyes without putting any strain or force and keep on breathing naturally.
The intention is to stay calm and not force anything without any expectations of doing it right or looking for a result as this might cause tension that can disrupt the flow of energy in this process.
So let it happen and simply be.
You you you you you Now we are going to use visualization that is another way to amplify the power of your pineal gland and third eye center.
According to yoga third eye is indigo in color which is like a royal blue color.
As you're feeling more relaxed I would invite you to visualize that you're breathing a bright white healing light through the center of your third eye.
You can visualize this color at the space between your brows or even in the area where the pineal gland resides.
Without trying to find the exact location keep on visualizing and filling your third eye with this bright white healing light.
Visualize this light spreading in your third eye illuminating your life so that you can see your inner and outer world more clearly.
You you you you Now we are going to use affirmations to amplify these energies with the power of sound.
Affirmations work better when you visualize and feel as well.
You can simply listen to the affirmations or repeat after me.
I see all things in clarity.
I trust my intuition.
Great ideas come to me naturally.

I get clear guidance from my higher self.
