This one minute mindful reset is your invitation to pause, breathe and come back to yourself. Just 60 seconds to calm your nervous system, clear your mind and ground your energy wherever you are. Give yourself a mindful moment.

Mindful Minute Reset Sitting or lying in a comfortable position.
If you wish,
You may close your eyes or leave them slightly open,
Gazing downward.
Place one palm of your hand on your stomach to feel the rising and falling of the breath as it flows in and out of the body.
Take in a slow deep breath in and then a slow breath out.
Take another slow relaxed breath in and another slow exhale out.
When you are ready,
Gently and slowly opening up the eyes.
