Sleep Relaxation With Box Breathing
Welcome to this guided sleep and relaxation journey. In this session, we’ll use gentle box breathing and body scan to calm your mind and relax your body. As you settle into a comfortable position, you’ll be invited to welcome sleep and presence. The soothing breathwork will help quiet busy thoughts, slow down your body, mind, and heart rate, ease anxiety, and guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
