Poem: Autumn And What It Can Teach Us
by Janne
2 years ago, right before I started on my journey of looking inward I wrote this poem. I very rarely write poems so I thought to myself; maybe there is something in it that I can learn from. And it sure was! I hope maybe you can learn something too. That's why I've decided to take a leap of faith and share this little piece with you. Thank you for listening.

I very rarely write poems but now I'm going to share with you a short poem I wrote two years ago.
When I look back now I realise that it was holding some powerful messages to me that I at the time didn't see.
But I see them now and maybe you do too.
The poem is called Autumn.
Autumn taught me about making changes.
It's a time I reflect upon my life.
Shedding what I no longer need,
Like leaves falling to the ground.
Winter taught me to be patient and trust the process because when spring's uplifting feelings come I shall remember that autumn was where it all begun.
