Okay,

Or an incense,

Okay,

To help you relax.

And you could sit up nice and tall in a comfortable seated position,

Or maybe you find comfort lying down all the way on your back,

Okay?

Whichever one you feel that is best for you,

Be in that space,

Okay?

I invite you to take a deep inhale in and a big exhale out.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathe in and breathe out.

I am present in this moment and all is well.

I am calm,

Centered,

And at peace.

I am resilient,

And I can handle challenges with grace.

I release all worry and embrace calmness.

I release all things that no longer serve me.

I am in control of my thoughts and emotions.
