To help you relax.
And you could sit up nice and tall in a comfortable seated position,
Or maybe you find comfort lying down all the way on your back,

Whichever one you feel that is best for you,

I invite you to take a deep inhale in and a big exhale out.

Breathe in and breathe out.
I am present in this moment and all is well.
