Yes,
Today I will be saying some affirmations for anyone who may be experiencing grief,
A loss of a loved one.
An affirmation is a declaration or a positive thought to help move towards peace and happiness,
Right?
We can allow whatever we're feeling,
But we need to not wallow in it,
Okay?
So in this time of sadness,
An affirmation can allow the mind to shift from a negative thought to a positive one,
Okay?
It can transform our state of being,
All right?
So sometimes I write my affirmations down.
Also,
I will listen to them and I will say them out loud.
So I am here to offer affirmations for anyone who may be experiencing grief.
And yeah,
Let's get right into it.
In my sadness,
I love myself.
It's okay to take time to grieve.
I let go of my sorrow,
But hold on to my love for my loved one.
I allow myself to feel all of my emotions,
Knowing that healing takes time.
Every day,
I take a small step towards healing.
It's okay to smile and find moments of joy,
Even in time of loss.
I will feel my grief,
But not wallow in it.
I relax and let all the feelings flow through today.
I forgive anyone close to me who has died.
I accept what I cannot change and find the courage to change the things I can.
I am surrounded by love and support,
Even in my darkest moments.
Grief is a part of love and I embrace the journey of healing.
I honor the memory of my loved one while also taking care of myself.
I hold space for my grief without letting it define me.
Grieving takes time.
I am patient with my healing process.
I am willing to release any negative,
Fearful idea from my mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Take a deep inhale in and a big exhale out.
Thank you so much for being here,
For listening,
And don't forget to come back as many times as you need.
You can also say these affirmations out loud,
Speak it with power.
I also invite you to write these affirmations down as well as listen.
I appreciate your time,
Energy,
And support.
Thank you so much and I hope you find value.
I hope you're able to resonate with these affirmations.
Have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
