Welcome to this relaxing space of peace and awareness.
Today I invite you for a healing practice of yoga nidra for a heart chakra,
Connecting with a space of love within,
Expanding love,
Forgiveness,
Compassion and gratitude.
This meditation will help you open the infinite flow of love in your life.
Love for yourself,
Love for others and love for life.
Make yourself comfortable for this practice.
Lying down on the mat or your bed.
Adjusting any pillows or blankets.
Just making sure you are fully comfortable and cosy.
Lying down on your back but if it's not comfortable you can also lie down on the side.
Just make sure your body is still and relaxed through the whole practice.
We'll be relaxing each body part one by one and then connecting deeper with the space of the heart.
So close your eyes and let's just start with a few deep and calming breaths.
Just noticing the natural flow of your breath.
Let every inhale reach your heart as you expand through your heart space.
Let every exhale help you relax and ground yourself even more.
The heart chakra is situated in the centre of your chest,
Just above the heart.
It's in the form of a green lotus flower with 12 petals.
So in the space of your chest now imagine this green lotus flower that is shining with a gentle light.
Activate the space simply through your awareness.
This chakra Anahata in Hindu is the unifying bridge between the higher and lower aspects of self.
It's the love centre and storehouse for our beliefs and personal truths.
It governs our feelings,
The blood flow and the heart.
When it's unbalanced you might be feeling lonely,
Critical,
Especially about yourself or jealous and cold hearted.
When the space is in balance it's easy for you control your emotions.
They are full of trust and acceptance for yourself.
You are loving and kind and spread compassion.
As you keep relaxing your body let's connect now with our intention for this practice.
If you're already working with intention feel free to say it three times or you can simply use our intention for today.

Let your subconscious mind be aware of this intention as you keep relaxing your body more and more.
Feel your whole back lying on the bed or the floor.
Feel the grounding connection.
Be aware of the surface underneath you.
Be aware of any sounds around you.
Just observe all of that with no judgement from the space of awareness.
As you keep breathing deeper and deeper,
Following the natural flow of your breath,
Connecting back with your heart and relaxing the space.
Relaxing your right and left side of the chest.
Relaxing your ribs.
Your upper belly,
Middle belly and your lower belly.
Relaxing with the breath.
And the right side of your waist.
And the left side of your waist.
And the whole front of your torso.
Invite more space.
Now be aware of your back.
The back of your shoulders.
Right and left shoulder.
Right scapula.
And left scapula.
Both of the shoulder blades.
The whole upper back.
The middle back.
And the lower back.
Keep it grounded,
Relaxing down to the earth.
Feel every vertebrae of your spine and release the muscular tension around your spine.
Feel as well the back of your arms.
The right upper arm.
The triceps and the biceps muscle from the front.
The right elbow.
The right forearm from the front and back.
The right wrist.
And your right hand.
Feel every finger of your right hand.
Relaxing.
The inner palm and the outer palm.
The whole hand relaxing.
Now your left arm,
The left upper arm from the upper and bottom part.
The left elbow.
The left forearm.
The left wrist.
The left hand.
And every finger of your left hand,
One by one,
Relaxing.
The inner palm.
The top of your palm.
All hand relaxing now.
The whole left arm relaxing.
The whole right arm relaxing.
Both all of your arms relaxing.
Connecting to the grounding surface underneath you.
Now feel your hips.
The right hip.
The muscles around your hip.
The left hip.
The muscles around the hip.
Both of your hips relaxing.
Your groin.
Your right glute.
And your left glute.
The muscles inside your glutes.
Relaxing and softening.
The right inner thigh.
The upper thigh from the front and the thigh from the back.
The space behind your right knee.
And your whole right knee.
Your right shin bone and the muscles around it.
The right calf.
Totally relaxing.
The right inner ankle and the outer ankle.
The right upper foot.
Top of your foot.
The sole of your foot.
The heel.
Middle foot.
And upper foot.
And every toe of your right leg.
Just relaxing.
One by one.
And now your left leg.
The left thigh from the front.
Your inner thigh.
The back of your thigh.
The left knee.
And the space underneath the knee.
The left calf.
The left shin.
The muscles around your shin.
Your left ankle from the inside and outside.
The left sole of your foot.
The upper foot.
Middle foot.
And the heel.
The top of your foot.
And every toe of your left foot.
All relaxing.
Now your whole left leg.
Totally relaxing.
And your whole right leg.
Relaxing as well.
Both of your legs relaxing together.
Both legs together.
Your whole torso from the front and back.
All relaxing together.
The back of your neck.
The right side of your neck.
The left side.
The front of your neck.
Relaxing together.
The back of your head.
Your forehead.
Your right cheek.
Right jaw muscles.
Your left cheek.
Left jaw muscles.
Your right eye.
The space behind your eye.
Your left eye.
The space behind your eye.
The right side of your nose.
The left side of your nose.
Your upper lip.
Your lower lip.
Your tongue.
Your gums.
The space inside your mouth.
Your upper teeth.
And the lower teeth.
Your whole mouth relaxing together.
Your right ear.
The space inside your ear.
Your left ear.
Inside of your ear.
The whole front of your face.
The whole back of your head.
Your whole head now.
Relaxing together.
Releasing any tension from the face and from your mind.
Now your whole body is relaxing together.
Your whole body just relaxing together.
In total peace and total stillness.
Connecting back with your breath now and in the space of your heart see this green lotus flower.
Breathe in and out through that space,
Through your heart.
Let your heart expand.
Let your heart heal with the unconditional love that you have within.
Remind yourself about this unconditional love that is always within.
The divine,
Powerful,
Healing frequency of love.
Keep that tension there in your beautiful heart space.
And just repeat quietly in your mind these affirmations to yourself.
My heart is open,
Loving and pure.
I choose compassion over judgement.
I forgive myself for all the times I didn't respect myself.
I choose to be kind and loving to myself unconditionally.
My ability to love is limitless.
I am the soul.
I am love.
I welcome each experience with gratitude.
I choose love over fear every day.
I welcome this love with open arms.
