Welcome to this Yoga Nidra practice for cultivating the state of peace and relaxation.
Today we'll be connecting to the energy of abundance and opening for more divine love.
Make yourself comfortable lying down on your back,
In your bed or on the mat.
Make sure you feel comfortable,
Warm and cosy.
Just any blankets,
Any pillows,
Any support that you need for this practice and take the first few seconds of this practice for grounding down,
Connecting to the surface underneath you and connecting back with your breath in and out.
How is your breath today?
Is it deep or shallow?
Is it long or short?
Really inviting more and more of this fresh air into your body,
Into your mind and into your heart.
Letting your arms rest alongside your body,
Letting your legs rest totally relaxing,
Sinking into the surface underneath you.
This is a time only for yourself,
This is your sacred time of connection.
Keep noticing your breath and let's just take a few cleansing breaths as you inhale through your nose and fully exhale through the mouth,
Letting go of all the heaviness.
Slowly letting go of any worries and fear.
Letting go of any thoughts about what you did before and what you're gonna do after.
Connecting to here and now,
Reminding yourself that only here and now truly exist.
Feeling a warm wave of love that is spreading through your whole body,
Making it more and more relaxed,
Connected to the Earth and from this space let's connect to the intention for this practice which we're gonna repeat out loud or quietly in your mind.
Here and now I am open to the flow of infinite peace and abundance.

And slowly let go now of your intention,
Let it go to the Universe and let the Universe work its magic for you as you lean in deeper into the space of trust,
Letting your body know that it's time to just be open and at ease.
Bring your attention now to your head,
Feel this warming love and peaceful energy that is entering your head,
Making it more relaxed from the front and the back,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your right eye,
The space between your right eye,
The right eyelid,
Now relaxing your left eye and the space behind your eye,
Your left eyelid,
Relaxing your right cheek and the left cheek,
Feeling the muscles underneath your cheeks,
The space underneath your nose,
Feeling the air flow through your right and your left nostril,
The inside of your nose,
The upper lip and the lower lip,
Softening your tongue,
The inside of your mouth,
The right side of your jaw and the left side of your jaw,
Your chin,
Your chin bone,
The front of your neck,
Softening together with the right and the left side of your neck,
Feeling more space in your neck,
Now from the back as well,
Relaxing the back of your neck,
On the right and the left side,
Let this calming and nourishing energy flow through your shoulders as well,
Your right shoulder,
Your right shoulder blade,
Your left shoulder,
The left shoulder blade,
Your upper,
Middle,
Lower back,
Relaxing,
Feeling each vertebrae of your spine through your neck and then down through your whole back,
Softening the muscles that are supporting your spine,
Totally surrendering to the earth,
To the space underneath you,
Feeling your glute muscles,
The right glute and the left glute,
Giving any tension from the inside to the earth,
Feeling as a gentle flow of the energy flowing through the back of your right leg,
The space underneath your knee,
Your calf,
Softening,
Your ankle,
Your whole foot and each toe on your right foot,
Starting from the little one,
The second one,
The third one,
The fourth one and the big toe as well,
The upper part of your foot,
The sole of your right foot,
Together with your right heel,
Relaxing the whole front of your right leg now,
Your ankle and the muscles supporting your shin bone,
Your knee,
The knee joint from the inside,
Your upper thigh,
The quadricep,
The inner thigh and the outer thigh,
Now your whole right leg is relaxed,
Relaxing the left leg as well,
Starting from the back,
The space underneath your left glute,
The left hamstring,
Behind the knee,
The left calf,
The ankle,
The heel,
The sole of your left foot and the upper part of your left foot,
Each toe on your left foot,
Starting from the little one,
The second one,
The third one,
The third one,
The fourth and the big toe as well,
Relaxing your ankle in your left leg,
From the right and the left,
Your left shin bone and the muscles around it,
The knee joint,
The upper thigh,
The whole left quadricep,
The inner thigh and the outer thigh,
Now the whole left leg is totally relaxed and connected to the space underneath you,
Your left hip and your right hip,
Relaxing your lower belly,
Your middle belly and upper belly,
All the space,
Relaxing your ribs as you keep making more space in your belly,
In your ribs and in your chest,
Through each breath in and each breath out,
Feeling your heartbeat in your chest,
The heartbeat is also slowing down,
Which helps you to feel more peaceful,
Relaxed,
Truly open to the space of pure,
Pure unconditional love with no distractions,
Feel your right thumb,
Your right index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger and the little finger all relaxing together,
The upper palm and the inner palm,
Your right wrist,
The front arm,
The elbow,
The upper arm,
From the front and the back and up to your shoulder,
All relaxing and resting,
Now the left hand,
The thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger and the little finger,
All relaxing slowly,
The inner palm and the outer palm,
The wrist,
Your forearm,
From the front and back,
The left elbow,
The upper arm,
From the front and back,
Up to your shoulder,
Now your whole left arm is totally relaxed,
Totally relaxed,
Resting next to your body,
Feel your whole body full of this energy of peace and nourishment,
Your both legs totally relaxed and resting,
Your whole front,
Your torso from the front,
Totally relaxed and open,
Your head and your face relaxed and peaceful,
The back of your head,
The back of your shoulders and your whole back relaxed,
Connected to the Earth,
Your glute muscles and the whole back of your legs,
All your back totally relaxed,
Resting in this space of stillness,
Staying totally open to the energy of divine peace that is present within you as you keep cultivating this space,
As you keep expanding your awareness now beyond your body and beyond your mind,
Beyond any limitations,
Up to the space of infinite possibilities and prosperity,
Knowing that you are one with love,
You are one with abundance,
Right here and now,
In this present moment,
You've already got everything you need to feel and be abundant,
Feel this warm and loving light that is nourishing every cell from within,
In this powerful,
Aware and awake state,
You are able to manifest anything you wish to experience,
You are pure creator,
One with the powerful creative force of the Universe,
Of God,
God,
You as this divine creative force is freely flowing to you,
Deepen your trust to the magic work of the Universe,
Deepen your trust and belief in yourself,
You are limitless and you deserve all the prosperity and abundance in the world and the most abundance will always come from the space of love,
So bask in this loving light of love as it keeps helping you stay more and more relaxed and totally open to receive and feel free to slowly start drifting away,
