Hello dear,
Welcome to this relaxing and calming meditation.
It's the autumn time here so it's pretty normal that a lot of us might feel a little bit melancholic or maybe sad or depressed without any specific reason.
Very often it's because the season is changing and with that our energy,
Our mood is changing as well and we just need to learn how to honor this time,
How to take more space for sacred rest,
How to really nourish ourselves from within.
So even in these times when the days become shorter,
A little bit colder,
There's not that much sunshine we can still be shining with our inner light,
With love and awareness that comes from connecting to our inner peace.
So wherever you are make yourself super comfy and cozy.
Bring a warm blanket,
Wrap yourself in it,
Feeling like it's hugging you from all the sides.
If you are on your bed,
Adjust your pillows,
Maybe even light some candles to make this really nice and cozy atmosphere for you and open up your heart to connect deeper to the inner space of stillness.
Let's take a few nice and deep conscious breaths.
Deep inhale through your real nose,
Maybe feeling the cold air coming into your nose and full exhale from your mouth,
Feeling this warm air coming out of your mouth.
Deep inhale again,
Opening your lungs,
Your heart.
Slow exhale,
Grounding yourself in this present moment of now.
Deep inhale,
Opening your heart space and full exhale,
Just letting go of any heaviness and just keep breathing like that,
Slowly and gently connecting to the natural flow of your breath,
Connecting to the awareness space within you.
Knowing that you can feel safe here,
Supported and protected,
Divine energy is here for you.
The universe is wrapping you in its magical loving arms and you can just relax and release,
Totally surrender to the earth underneath you.
If you're sitting through your sit bones,
Your glutes,
Your legs and if you're lying down through your whole spine and the whole backside of your body,
Connecting more and more into this stillness space,
Just noticing what's going on within you,
Being present,
Present with whatever emotions are flowing through you right now,
Whatever feelings,
Whatever energy.
Then just slowly letting go of them,
Being more in the space of observer,
Not identifying yourself with anything that is going on on the emotional,
Physical and mental level.
Just going a little bit deeper into the space of pure awareness and noticing what's in there for you.
Staying calm and peaceful with every breath,
Knowing how powerful your breath is and as long as you can keep your breath calm,
Your mind will calm down as well and what goes with that,
Your body will be calmer and calmer.
With the next few deep breaths out,
Grab within your heart any heaviness that you might have been experiencing for the last days or weeks or maybe only today.
Taking deep breath in and feeling this energy as a dark smoke within your heart space and then when you deeply inhale just let it go,
Release all this emotional heaviness,
All this heaviness that comes from too much thinking and worrying and singing fear,
Just breathing it out and letting it melt away.
Let's do it a few more times,
Deep inhales through your nose,
Grabbing all the strength within you and all the power to just let it all go,
To let go of all the unnecessary heaviness,
Of all the emotions that are not serving you well,
Of all the fear.
You know you can do it and you know you have the power to release it all with grace and peace.
And then after these few deep breaths just come back to your natural breath,
Place both of your hands on your heart or one of them on your heart and the other on your belly,
However it's more comfortable and just notice how you feel right now.
Notice the space that you have created in your body,
A deeper connection to your soul.
Open up to this conscious space within your soul,
Being aware that this is your essence,
Pure love that feels like warm sunshine inside your heart,
Divine love that strengthens you from within,
Gives you power and motivation to keep going and keep enjoying your life.
Unconditional love that never asks for anything,
Never expects anything,
That is just giving and giving,
Pure being,
Pure presence.
Just stay there knowing that you are always always supported by this love,
Allow it to make you feel super safe,
Comfortable and cozy,
Nourished with this divine peace from within.
Remember that you are strong and you are so loved just as you are.
