In today's nighttime meditation,
It is designed to help you to fall asleep quickly,
Effortlessly,
And lovingly.
So when you're ready,
Just start to close down your eyes,
Allowing yourself to set the intention out to fall asleep.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Taking a deep breath out through your mouth.
And settling in.
As you focus on your breath,
Notice your body laying on the bed.
Starting to bring your awareness to your body on the bed.
Feeling your head supported by your pillow.
Feeling your neck supported.
Feeling your back,
Your arms,
Your sides,
All supported by the mattress underneath you.
Feel your bottom laying against the mattress.
Supported.
Feeling your legs and your feet supported.
And breathe into this.
And breathe out.
Allowing your body to relax deeper and deeper into this moment.
Allowing your body to relax deeper and deeper into the mattress underneath you.
Taking a deep breath in.
And take a deep breath out.
And very quickly,
Start to replay back your day from the beginning to the end.
This replaying of your day is going to allow you to release the day,
Letting it go so that it doesn't manifest into your subconscious as you sleep.
And it doesn't manifest into your day tomorrow.
So take a deep breath in.
And take a deep breath out.
And just replay back the day.
Letting it all go.
Allowing it to all fade away.
And now allow it to all release.
Letting it all go.
And bringing your awareness to your mind's eye,
Your third eye.
And just start to visualize all that you intend to manifest,
To create.
Bringing into your mind's eye whatever you are working towards manifesting in your life.
Visualizing the perfect day tomorrow.
And allowing this visualization to start to create the vibration and the energy of your perfect reality.
Allowing all of these visions to melt down into your subconscious.
Allowing it to melt into and manifest into your dream world and to manifest into your day tomorrow.
For the mind does not know the difference between your imagination and your physical reality.
So use this time now to visualize,
To feel,
To picture your desired reality moving forward.
When you wake up from this land of dreams.
And now just start to let it all go.
And imagine these visions melting deep into the pillow underneath your head.
Down past the mattress.
Down past the floor.
Past the foundation of your home.
Into the earth itself.
Down into the soil.
And the dark.
Allow all of this energy.
All of this vision to just become grounded into Mother Earth now.
Trusting that your visions will become grounded in this reality.
Will manifest in this reality.
And plant the seeds now of this vision deep into the core of the earth.
Breathing this back up.
Breathing back up into your body.
Breathing out.
Feel yourself.
Coming one with this mattress underneath you.
Feel every part of your body back on this bed.
Falling deeper and deeper into rest.
Feeling every single part of your body.
Starting to relax deeper and deeper.
Letting go of the thoughts in your mind.
Letting go of any thoughts that you're thinking.
Just allow with the breath for it to all move down.
As you relax the mind.
As your eyelids become heavier and heavier.
Allowing all of your body to relax.
Letting go of the sounds in the room.
Relaxing.
Letting go of your sense of smell.
Your sense of taste.
Letting it all go now.
Resting deeper and deeper.
Relaxing your neck and your throat.
Falling into the deepest sleep.
Resting.
Relaxing your shoulders and your arms and your hands.
Relaxing.
Falling fast asleep.
Relaxing your back,
Your torso,
Your heart.
Falling faster and faster to sleep.
Relaxing your bottom and your pelvis.
Relaxing and falling to sleep.
Relaxing your legs and your feet.
Falling fast asleep.
Letting go of your body.
Activating deep sleep now.
Counting down from 100 to 1.
At the count of 1 you will be fast asleep.
100 99 98.
Continuing in your mind until you get down to 1.
And allowing yourself now to drift off into the most peaceful sleep.
