Hello beautiful souls and welcome to another beautiful meditation.
In this meditation today,
We will be diving deep in letting go of judgment.
Judgment for ourselves,
Judgment for others.
And starting to become more secure in ourselves without feel of judgment from others.
So when you are ready,
Start to find a place where you will not be disturbed,
Where you can sit quietly and comfortably,
Closing down your eyes and starting to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And start to welcome yourself for arriving here today.
Start to welcome yourself and have gratitude for just breathing,
Sitting,
Having loving gratitude for simply just being here,
Nothing more.
So start to sit,
Closing down your eyes and start to bring in the breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
Holding the breath at the top and breathing out.
Breathing in again,
Feeling that breath entering your body,
Holding the breath and then starting to let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Continuing to breathe in through your nose,
Holding the breath at the top and breathing out.
And as you breathe,
Start to notice how peaceful,
Tranquil the breath is.
Start to bring your awareness to help purify the breath is.
And start to set an intention for this meditation,
Setting the intention to let go of judgement,
Let go of fear and to honour yourself just as you are,
Loving yourself fully.
And if you so choose,
You may invite any non-physical beings to help to guide you in your meditation,
Any angels,
Guides,
Ancestors,
Any idols that you identify with such as Jesus or Buddha,
Or Rata Krishna,
Allowing this experience to be unique to you,
For this is your journey.
So start to breathe in again and then on that exhale,
Coming back to a natural breath,
And start to feel a sense of peace radiating your whole entire body.
And start to feel the stillness within you.
Feel yourself coming back to the person,
The soul,
The spirit that you always have been.
Start to feel that sense of self radiating throughout your whole entire body.
And on the count of ten,
Feel yourself becoming deeper and deeper into this meditation.
Visualize yourself in your third eye,
Walking down a flight of stairs,
And with every step,
You fall deeper and deeper into healing,
Into love,
And into your true self.
See yourself walking down the stairs,
Ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Letting go of your body,
Six,
Letting go of your mind,
Five,
Letting go of your emotions,
Four,
Letting go of the room around you,
Three,
Two,
And one.
And as you melt,
Find yourself at a beach.
See yourself appear on a beach with your toes in the sand,
In the ocean in front of you,
The sun beating down you,
Warming your whole entire body,
Lighting you up,
And raising your vibration.
And as you stand with your toes in the sand,
Feel the heat of the sand underneath you.
Start to observe the people around you at the beach,
The birds,
The animals,
The trees,
And bring your awareness to all of these beautiful people that surround you.
Start to see these people looking at you,
Staring at you,
And judging you.
And as you notice these people looking at you,
Start to notice what thoughts they may be feeling or thinking.
Are they thoughts of kindness?
Are they thoughts of how great and beautiful you are?
Are they thoughts of negativity?
Are they judging your weight,
Your appearance,
Your stance?
What are they thinking?
What are their facial expressions revealing?
And then become aware that whatever they are projecting back at you are your own feelings,
Your own emotions,
Your own attitude towards yourself.
That whatever they are reflecting is how you feel about yourself,
Whatever you think about yourself.
And set the intention to now heal and let go of any judgments of yourself,
Any negative self-talk,
Any fears.
And start to walk towards the ocean,
One foot in front of the other on the sand.
And as you walk towards the ocean,
Notice your footprints in the sand.
Notice how you are walking away from your negative judgments,
Your negative self-talk.
And you are walking towards an ocean of possibilities,
An ocean of healing,
An ocean that is going to create the new version of you.
Walking into the ocean,
Start to feel the ocean,
The water on your toes,
The soles of your feet.
And start to allow that water to heal you.
And let go of the judgment of the past,
The past footprints in the sand.
Let it go now and feel this water moving up as you continue to walk towards and into the ocean,
Allowing yourself to get deeper and deeper.
Feel the water washing away your past paths.
Feel the water as you walk coming up to your ankles,
Your legs,
Walking deeper into the ocean,
Letting go of any pain that you are carrying in your legs.
Feel your lightness,
Continuing to walk deeper into the ocean.
Feel the water rejuvenating,
Healing your pelvis area.
And start to allow the water to just purify you of any judgments about your sexuality,
Any trauma,
Any pain.
And allowing the water to bring your pelvis and genitals back to the sense of pleasure and healing without judgment,
Without pain.
Continuing to walk deeper into the ocean,
Feeling the water up to your belly,
Letting go of any judgments and pain about any excess weight on your body.
And feel free to ask the power of the ocean and the water to purify any unwanted weight or fat that no longer serves you.
Letting go of the trauma and the pain and the memories that cause this excess energy to attach to your body.
Allow it to melt away now.
Walking deeper into the ocean,
Feeling this ocean and your chest and your heart.
Allowing the ocean to purify your heart,
Purifying your heart of any pain,
Any heartbreak.
Letting go of the judgments of your heart,
All those that have judged you for your heart being too big or too small.
And give yourself the loving kindness to know that you love from your own level of consciousness as do others.
Those can only love you from the place that they are able to love themselves.
Love is taught.
It is a taught trait.
And all of those that didn't love you to the capacity that you love them didn't feel and wasn't taught that level of love that you were.
So allow this to heal.
Allow the water to purify your heart.
And allow your heart to once again guide you.
Continuing to walk into the ocean and feeling the water on your hands.
Purifying your beautiful magic of your fingertips,
Your sense of touch,
Your sense of feel and moving the water up your arms.
Letting go of anything that you are carrying and feeling the water on your back,
Your arms.
Letting go of any baggage for there is no heaviness in this ocean.
You are the lightest that you will ever be.
Let go of the heaviness and the judgement.
Feeling the water on your shoulders.
And then allowing the water to come up to your neck without fear.
You may even choose to swim under the water with your neck,
Your face,
Your hair completely underneath.
And as you swim under this ocean,
See how crystal clear the water is.
You can see every life force.
You see fish swimming around you.
You see the beautiful plants,
Star fishes.
You can see dolphins out into the distance.
And you notice how all of these beautiful creatures and life forms in the ocean,
They live without judgement and they live beautifully,
Authentically.
They are what they are and they accept what they are.
They don't judge that they are a plant or a fish.
Well,
That they are the ocean.
They just are the I am.
And start to feel any judgement washing away.
Judgement others have put on to you.
Judgement that you have put on to others.
Let you go and forgiving now.
Forgiving others.
Forgiving yourself.
And start to swim now.
Feeling the judgement leaving your thoughts,
The water,
Refreshing your mind.
I start to swim back to shore,
Back to the sand.
And then starting to walk your feet out of the ocean,
Up to the sand.
Until you are standing there on the sand,
Looking back at the ocean.
And walking now back to the new you.
Noticing that your footprints that led you to that ocean are now gone.
Because you now are starting over as a new you without a past.
Simply in this present moment.
Breathing in the sun.
And ready to come back.
Start to come back now.
And see that staircase once again.
Walking up the staircase.
With every number you come back to your body.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Seven.
Six.
Noticing what you can smell.
Five.
Noticing what you can taste.
Four.
Noticing what you can heal.
Three.
Noticing what you can touch.
Two.
Opening up your eyes.
And one.
Noticing what you can see.
You are beautiful.
You are divine just the way that you are.
For you are new.
And this is now a judgement for your zone.
You are free to walk around your life without judgement.
Without fear.
Without judgement of others.
And most importantly without judgement of yourself.
You are healed.
You are transformed.
You are beautiful.
Just the way that you are.
If no one has told you today I love you.
Feel that I love you at the core of your being.
And know that you are worthy of love.
You are worthy of respect.
