So start to find a comfortable position.
You might want to roll your shoulders out a few times as you close your eyes and deepen your breath.
Allow the head to turn side to side.
Giving the body some very slow movements.
You might take a gentle head circle or even stretch your arms up into the air.
And also take those fuller breaths expanding out your belly.
This is finally a time for slowness and purely for your body to unravel and have the space that it needs.
So continue to offer your fuller breaths and some of those smaller movements.
At any time bring movement back in.
By just checking in with your hips and legs,
How do they feel here?
Open your shoulders and your face.
Take a big breath lengthening up your spine and totally releasing on your exhale all the way to zero.
A few more rounds of breath where you slowly fill up to the top and then fully release to empty.
Another slower round of breath.
You might even trace the pathway of your breath into the center of the chest,
Into the heart space.
Maybe even a palm rests on the heart space if that feels nice.
You're doing great.
Just trust the process,
Letting the eyeballs soften,
Following the breath into the very center of the chest.
As the heart opens with your breath,
Everything else is softening.
Let themdie.
Heart opening with each breath.
Don't resist the thoughts that arise,
Instead you might be aware of the kinds of thoughts that are moving through.
Allow them to be here,
But don't get lost.
See what's coming up.
Let's take a moment to relax.
From the heart there's a sense of allowing everything to be.
Letting go strain or effort to meditate and just allow the meditation to be here.
Allow the body to be here,
Soft and comfortable.
Letting go strain or effort to meditate and just allow the meditation to be here,
Soft and comfortable.
Letting go strain or effort to meditate and just allow the meditation to be here,
Soft and comfortable.
You might also notice the part of you that is aware.
You don't need to think about it.
Just experience your awareness,
The part of you that is looking awake at peace.
Letting go strain or effort to meditate and just allow the meditation to be here,
Soft and comfortable.
The part of you that is just being.
Letting go strain or effort to meditate and just allow the meditation to be here,
Soft and comfortable.
One more minute.
Taking a full body breath,
Let everything relax again.
Maybe you want to bring the palm back to the heart,
Connecting to that very center point of your being,
A stillness inside.
Taking some slow breaths.
Take your time here just to feel into if there's anything under the surface that's waiting to be met by your awareness or maybe in the body that it wants to stretch out somehow.
So slowly integrate your practice before moving into the rest of your day.
Letting go.
