
Guided Astral Projection: The Vortex Method
Throughout this session, we will merge with our breath and become more conscious of the movement it creates within our bodies. As we connect deeper with ourselves, we will slowly begin to feel the existing motion within our aura and allow it to guide us; gradually letting go of our need for control and surrendering gently to the motion present within and without ourselves. Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
My name is Trist,
And I want to thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.
Throughout this session,
We will merge with our breath and become more conscious of the movement it creates within our bodies.
As we connect deeper with ourselves,
We will slowly begin to feel the existing motion within our aura and allow it to guide us,
Gradually letting go of our need for control and surrendering gently to the motion present within and without ourselves.
By the end of this meditation,
You will be more connected to your light body and begin to feel how subtle energy moves inside and around our bodies.
Slowly you will become one with this movement,
Surrendering to any perception of movement and trying to hold to that motion feeling as your last conscious thought.
Begin by positioning yourself in a high lotus meditation posture with your legs crossed and your spine straight as a tree.
Place your hands gently on your knees to allow the energy you gather within to move freely throughout your entire physical body.
Inhale through your nose down into your abdomen.
Slowly exhale everything out.
Have the intention to let go of all the tightness,
Stress,
And thoughts gathered within throughout the day.
With each breath out,
Begin to settle more into your posture.
Allow yourself to sink into a state of serenity,
Of total calmness.
Relax your entire body as you exhale.
Slowly quiet down your mind and begin to be more present here.
Breathe this present moment.
As you are breathing profoundly,
Floating into the state of peacefulness,
Become more aware of the air filling your lungs on inhale.
Try to breathe from your abdomen rather than your chest.
Initiate each inhale by expanding your belly and without forcing anything,
Breathe from your diaphragm.
This is our natural way of breathing.
Allow it to take control and guide you.
Begin to focus your awareness on the tip of your nose.
Observe as you breathe in the cold air entering through your nostrils.
Perceive its temperature and follow its path as long as you can.
Feel it coming through your nose,
Reaching between your eyebrows,
Your third eye center,
Traveling through your neck and deep into your lungs.
Notice if there is any different feeling between the right and the left nostril.
Observe as you inhale slowly and profoundly.
Do you breathe in the same amount of air on both sides?
Is there any temperature difference?
Take a little time to contemplate it.
Be present to your breathing.
Slowly breathe out through your nose.
Observe the existing sensations when you exhale.
How does it feel when you release all the air out?
Sense the air coming out of your nose,
Warmer than it was on inhale.
Be present within.
Get to know your breath.
Try not to control a thing.
Just simply be.
Become one with your breath,
Consciously,
Entirely.
Take a big breath in as deep as possible.
Feel your entire abdomen with air and gently continue the inhale into your chest.
Try to breathe this way with your entire body.
Be aware of the motion created by each inhale.
Inhale deep into your abdomen.
Continue your breath inside your chest and slowly release all the air out through your nose.
With each breath out,
Begin to relax your body.
Lower your shoulders and straighten your spine even more.
Bring your heart space in front of you and just a little tuck your chin in.
This way your spine sits perfectly straight,
Allowing energy to move smoothly throughout your central energy channel.
Breathe out and release all your body tension.
Relax your forehead and your jaw.
Loosen up your shoulders.
Allow your arms,
Palms,
And fingers to relax and rest.
Sink deeper into your posture.
Feel your downer body more grounded with each breath out.
Notice your upper body connects more to the source above through each breath in.
Take a moment to charge yourself with pure energy.
Picture your physical body as a battery gathering energy from below as from above.
Charging with light with high frequency vibrations from each polarity.
Feel deep through your abdomen and continue your breath inside your chest.
Start to visualize yourself floating in the middle of the dark endless universe.
As you integrate and embrace the quiet stillness present here,
A circle of white light appears hovering high above your head.
Focus all your attention on it.
Place the circle slowly beginning to spin,
Absorbing energy from above and reaching in time the speed of light.
Place the circle like a crown over your head,
Guided slowly down over your entire body with each breath in.
As it comes down,
It leaves a pure bright light behind it,
Cleansing and charging the areas it touched.
Realize it,
Leaving an energy imprint,
Creating a cylinder form around you.
As it comes down to your forehead,
Focus your awareness on your third eye center.
Take the time to feel the motion present here.
You may feel it inside your head as a spinning energy wave,
Perhaps a pulsating rhythm,
Or you may feel it outside your physical body in your aura.
Take the time to observe any kind of present motion.
Acknowledge any type of movement.
Observe.
Begin to lengthen your breath and bring it up to your third eye center.
Inhale deep into your abdomen,
Then chest,
And try to continue it up between your eyebrows.
Feel the energy coming up from your waist into your chest and then slowly reaching in the middle of your head.
Allow your breath to guide you.
Surrender to the movement present within as without.
Breathe with your entire body.
Slowly drag the circle down around your neck,
Shoulders,
And then chest.
Feel the energy rotating around your heart center.
Sense the subtle motion present inside your aura.
You may feel it as a vibration,
A gentle breeze of air,
Or maybe a vortex of energy.
It may vary from person to person.
Remember that you are made of light.
You are pure vibration.
Acknowledge the constant movement present within as without.
Get to know this part of your body,
Your energetic body.
Just breathe and allow yourself to feel.
Disconnect from the overthinking mind.
Feel with your heart space and visualize from your third eye center.
Focus on the circle of light spinning around you and take the needed time to observe the way you perceive this energy motion.
Continue to breathe with your entire body.
Feeling the air you inhale as up as it goes without forcing anything.
Just allow it to come naturally.
Let it be emotion meditation for your body as you are focusing on the spinning circle around your heart space.
The upper part of your body is now surrounded by light.
As the circle spins faster with each breath in,
It creates a vortex of pure vibration which helps you absorb even more energy inside your aura and physical body.
Now,
Slowly guide the circle down from your heart center to your solar plexus.
Take a few breaths here.
Observe the way you feel the surrounding motion.
It can be as a subtle vibration or perhaps a gentle breeze of air.
Become aware of how you feel the energy playing around you.
Travel the circle to your sacral area and when it reaches down to your palms,
Observe how your fingers feel.
Picture 10 other tiny circles spinning around each one of your fingers.
Feel the pulsating vibration present here.
Become aware of it.
When you are ready,
Continue down to your feet and bring the circle back over your head.
Visualize now your entire body transforming into light.
You are made up of a bright pulsating light emanating through the dark universe.
Bring the circle down around your heart space and allow it to expand as much as it wants.
As you breathe profoundly,
Observe how it starts to spin in more directions,
Creating the appearance of an energy sphere surrounding your entire body,
Moving faster than the speed of light.
This is your light vehicle.
Become conscious of it.
Feel its presence.
Surrender yourself to this motion present around you.
Try not to control a thing.
Allow yourself to feel the movement created within,
As without your body.
The sphere around you may create within itself any other geometric form.
Observe what shape comes to you and spin it along with the sphere in any direction you feel.
Take the needed time to sense the subtle feeling of motion,
Of energy moving around your physical body.
Slowly surrender yourself to any perception of movement.
Allow the surrounding vibration to take any form and color it wants.
Lose the sense of your body and let the energy guide you through this journey.
Allow any kind of motion to come and take you up or down,
Rocking or rolling,
Maybe spinning.
Slowly surrender yourself to any perception of movement.
Allow the surrounding vibration to take any form and color it wants.

Focus on this sensation.
Keep this feeling as a part of you finds a place of stillness inside,
Where you can observe the movement present within,
As without.
Hold on to this sensation as much as you can.
Focus yourself into this motion.
With each breath,
Have the intention to expand this feeling as your last conscious thought.
Gently surrender more and more to this motion sensation.
At some point,
You may even lose the entire sense of your physical body.
Embrace that peaceful moment.
Observe where it takes you.
Trust your light body.
Surrender yourself.
With each breath,
Try to go deeper and deeper into this feeling.
Feel it expanding even more.
Sense the different movements as a whole complex motion.
Each one is complementing the other.
Everything here is in harmony,
Perfectly synchronized by a higher force.
Feel the faith and release your control entirely.
Begin to feel how the present motion inside and around your body spins so fast that it creates the impression of stillness.
Find that centered spot within,
Where you become still as everything around moves faster than light.
Be aware of this motion permanently existing inside and outside your body.
Energy is constantly moving through our veins,
Our meridians,
Through our aura.
Everything is permanently moving,
But we don't feel that entirely.
You are the one choosing when you want to feel it.
When you are ready,
Gather yourself back into your body and allow the movement around you to slowly fade away.
Integrate the sensation deep within as you slowly start bringing your awareness throughout your physical body.
Concentrate on that spot of total stillness.
Feel the deep into your abdomen,
Through your chest,
And into your head.
Take the following minutes to breathe.
Give this brief time to your body and mind so it can integrate the sensations it discovered.
Remember you can come back within your energy sphere whenever you want.
It is your own light vehicle.
When you are ready,
Awaken your body with love,
Kindness,
And care.
Feel your awareness from head to toes and begin to move each finger slightly.
Take the time to welcome this kind of physical movement back into your body.
Slowly straighten your spine and without opening your eyes,
Look down into the ground beneath you.
Place your hands over your eyes and without focusing,
Open your eyelids slowly.
Signalling ionization.
