The vortex is a place where your vibrational reality exists,

Where the source of creation exists before it is manifested into your reality.

If you are familiar with the teachings of Abraham through Esther and Jerry Hicks,

Then you will have heard about the vortex.

The goal with this guided meditation is to get you into the vortex so that you can be aligned to the source in pure creative energy and wonder.

Not resisting,

Not thinking,

But rather coming at it from a more meditative,

Vibrant,

And receptive angle where you tune into the vibration of the vortex and to the source within.

It is from this space that you will be able to successfully manifest the life that you want.

If you are outside of the vortex,

Then you might find that it takes too much effort and your thoughts may be working against you.

So it is advised that if you are to affirm or envision the reality you wish to create,

It is best to do it from within the vortex.

Aligned with the vibrational frequency of the source,

Tuning into the vortex will catapult your dreams from the depth of your being and manifest them into your outer world faster than ever before.

But it is not just about speed,

It is about manifesting what is truly authentic within you,

Aligned with your soul.

Before we dive into this guided journey,

Let us first relax the body and let go of all the thoughts so that you can really tune in.

Let's start with the breath.

The breath is a wonderful way to let go of all thoughts for these next few minutes.

Focus only on my voice and on the rhythm of your breath.

Make your breathing intentional.

Take a deep breath in and exhale for an even longer amount of time.

Now take another deep breath in and exhale,

Long exhale once again.

Now take another deep breath in and exhale,

Long exhale once again.

Releasing all the air inside nice and slow.

One more deep breath filling your entire tummy and exhale it all out,

Relaxing and enjoying the peaceful feeling and allowing your breath to regain its natural and automatic rhythm once again.

Now let's relax your body.

Imagine a sphere of golden brilliant light entering through the crown of your head,

Relaxing all the muscles around your scalp,

Temples,

Forehead and eyes.

The light moves down into your whole face,

Relaxing the muscles around your nose,

Cheeks,

Mouth,

Chin and jaw.

It flows into your neck,

Shoulders and floods your whole upper body from your upper arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Hands and fingers and from the front of your chest to the back down your spine.

The light is swirling and relaxing your entire upper body,

Releasing any tension stored.

And the brilliant golden light is now entering your lower body,

Flooding your hips,

Pelvic area,

Buttocks muscles,

Thighs,

Knees,

Shins,

Calves,

Ankles,

Feet.

Until the tips of your toes,

Relaxing your entire body.

The light moves up and down your whole body,

Relaxing you even more,

Cleansing you,

Healing you,

Restoring all the cells and rejuvenating your whole body.

Picture yourself walking down an open hallway with exquisite columns and two giant courtyards on each side.

The courtyards are filled with fragrant plants and flowers and you can feel a light breeze touch your cheek and go through your hair.

Keep walking down this long path leading to a huge double door.

You notice how the sun's rays are hitting the door,

An intricate wooden design.

As you get closer to the double doors,

They open slowly and intuitively,

Revealing an enormous spacious room with a luminous and beautiful vortex of light right in the center.

The colors are vibrant and the swirling is almost hypnotic.

As you walk closer and closer,

You stop right in front of it and notice that the energy in this vortex is speaking to your heart.

It knows your heart and you feel the presence of your higher self as it has become activated with this energy.

You are calm and excited to tune into this energy more and more.

You know it is for your highest good and that you are always safe and protected wherever you are.

As you stand there,

Know that on the other side of the vortex are your dreams in their pure vibrational form.

It is your vibrational reality.

But before we begin entering the vortex,

Take a moment to stay where you are,

Standing in that space,

Face to face with the vortex.

Really tune into all the things you've been wanting to manifest in your personal life.

Relationships,

Career,

Goals,

Passions,

Spirituality,

Friendships,

Family,

Home,

And your life.

Know that all of that is inside that vortex.

Whatever it is you were wishing for is inside that vibrational reality.

Picture it clearly in your mind and tune into your emotions.

What would having all that you desire feel like?

What would it feel like to have all that you desire?

What does it look like?

How do you look?

How do you look?

What do you envision would be a perfect day as a vibrational match to all of your dreams?

What would it feel like to have all that you desire?

Take your time and imagine everything you might find inside that vortex.

Listen to your heart.

Listen to your soul.

Listen to your soul.

Allow your imagination to let go and dive into the experience along with your emotions.

What would it feel like to have all that you desire?

Now,

I'm going to count from 10 to 1.

When I reach 1,

You will step through the vortex and into the world of your vibrational reality.

Into the source of creation.

What do you see?

Do you hear?

You Intuitively use that energy to co-create all the things you are imagining Watch your body change your posture Your clothes Your clothes Where do you find yourself?

What surrounds you?

And who is there with you?

How does it feel to be in that reality that you so wish to manifest?

Allow the imagery to unfold in front of your eyes.

Enjoy every second of it.

Anchor those feelings so that you can tap into them anytime you like.

This is the place where your reality is created.

This is where you manifest your dreams.

This is what's possible for you in your life now.

You truly are a powerful being and you are connected to the source of all that is.

And it is all within you.

As you stand inside the magnificence of the reality you are creating,

Take in these affirmations and really tune into their true meaning.

Listening to affirmations from within the vortex can be a powerful and transformative experience.

But in order for an affirmation to really be successful and bridge into your reality,

You have to feel it,

See it,

Sense it,

Use all of your senses.

And have an open heart.

Be open to receiving.

Know that you deserve it.

This track is amazing, not just because of the manifesting guided meditation, but also because this is the only track anywhere to consistently send me into a light sleep that I come in and out of. I am sure this is to do with the music background track. Is this music available on its own? I’ve listened to a number of the music tracks but not found this one yet.
