Please change into your pajamas and use the bathroom so that you feel comfortable throughout the night.
Please brush and floss your teeth so your mouth feels fresh and clean.
Crawl into bed slowly.
Lay your head down on your pillow.
Close your eyes.
Take a big breath in and out.
In your imagination,
Remember a happy time when you were with your friends and your family.
Maybe it was during one of your birthday parties or a family vacation or a time when you were playing with your friends during summer break.
Whatever it is,
Form a clear picture in your mind so that you fall asleep feeling happy.
Take another big breath in and out.
Finally,
It's time to relax and say our thank yous to remind us to appreciate life and remind us how lucky we are.
