Good morning.

The purpose of this meditation is to prepare your day to become an excellent day.

Start by finding a comfortable position and relax your entire body.

Close your eyes gently and smile.

Take a deep breath,

Inhaling slowly and deeply and then exhale.

Observe your breath.

Breathing in again slowly and deeply.

Exhale in the same way.

Take a third deep breath in,

Filling the air in and out of your body.

Let your breath return to normal,

Making sure you follow your natural rhythm without interfering.

Your body is now calm and relaxed.

Concentrate on the breath and if your mind starts to wander,

Focus your attention on it.

Ignoring the thoughts,

Letting them dissipate like clouds in the sky.

Now is the time to be grateful,

To be alive and breathing.

In this moment,

The only thing that really matters.

Nothing is more important than this moment,

The present moment.

Why are you grateful for?

Who are you grateful for?

Be grateful for what you have and for the luck that life brings every day.

If you are fighting now or sick,

Do not lose hope.

Today is a new day.

Every beginning is an opportunity to fulfill your deepest dreams.

What inspires you?

What makes you feel alive?

What is the purpose of your life?

Give yourself time to answer these questions.

Be patient so that clarity surges in your life.

Now it's time to ask three relevant questions for your day.

Who am I?

Who am I?

From this moment on,

What do I want to do with my life?

Am I able at the present moment to act to fulfill my dreams?

See yourself reaching those dreams,

Whatever they may be.

Experience the feeling of achieving them and visualize as they had already been accomplished.

Next,

I will make three statements that will help you to keep your day on track.

Life only makes sense if we help others,

Especially those who need the most.

Help someone today,

Even if it's a stranger.

Keep an open mind and try to get out of your comfort zone.

Don't be afraid to fail and remember that to get something you never had,

You have to do something you never did.

Don't accept a life that's less than the one you're capable of living.

Walk,

Swim,

Play sports,

Expand your knowledge and eat healthy food.

Let's remain in silence for a moment,

Concentrating only on your breath.

Take three deep breaths,

Inhaling slowly and deeply.

Calmly open your eyes,

Gradually returning your normal state of consciousness.
