Welcome to your wake up and take on the day meditation.

Today we're going to get ourselves ready for the day we want to have.

You can do this meditation while you're still lying in bed if that feels right to you.

We're going to start by getting comfortable and closing your eyes.

We'll start by taking a deep breath in and out and in and out.

And one more big breath in and out.

Today we're going to get ready for the day that we want to have.

We aren't going to just sit back and let the day happen to us.

We always want to leave room for good things and different options the universe may want to show us.

But we don't want to feel like we had no choice in our day because we always have a choice in our day.

And maybe you don't always have a choice in the actions you have to take.

Maybe if that's work or cleaning.

But you always have a choice in your reaction.

And if you decide that you really don't like the actions that you have to take in your day,

You can always look to how you can change those things in the future.

So right now,

While we're in this relaxed state,

I want you to think about how you want your day to go.

And I'll give you a moment for this.

There are two things.

.

Are you ready?

And again.

Let's go.

Okay,

Now while we're still in this relaxed state and you've already thought about how you want your day to look,

I want you to feel how your day will feel.

Now let's take that good feeling and fill our whole body with it.

Starting at the top of your head,

I want it to fill that whole area and then move down through your throat and move that good feeling down through your chest and then down both of your arms and then through your stomach and then down through your hips and down both of your legs all the way down to your feet.

And now your whole body is filled with the amazing feelings you want your day to be filled with today.

So go ahead and take that feeling with you.

We're now going to start getting out of our meditation.

You can start to slowly open your eyes and move your fingers and your toes.

I hope you have such an amazing day today and you can take all of these positive feelings with you during your day.
