Welcome to your I Am Worthy meditation.
This is going to be just a short meditation that is meant for you if you're having any doubtful feelings about your worth.
And it's going to help you bring those feelings up to a higher level because truly we are all worthy.
But sometimes we need that reminder.
So you can go ahead and get comfortable and close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one more big breath in.
And out.
I want you to know that you deserve all that is meant for you.
If there are any doubts that you're having towards something that you truly want or something that you truly believe that you're meant to have,
Then you're worthy to have that.
And I know that sometimes it doesn't feel easy to feel that.
Sometimes it's easy to think about what others around us have or what our parents had and think that maybe that's all we deserve.
And how can we be on a different level than those other people in our lives?
Why are we allowed to have more or to be more successful or just even to be more happy?
Why are we worthy of that when we've seen people around us have the opposite?
And I'm here to say that it's just because you are worthy.
You don't need any other explanation.
We are all worthy.
Those people around you that you feel may have less and maybe that's hard for you to comprehend you having more.
They're worthy too.
They might just not believe it.
So right now I want you to just think about something that maybe you're having a hard time feeling that you're worthy of.
Just really think about what that is.
And instead of thinking about the doubts that are surrounding that thing,
Think about how it would look if you truly thought you were meant for whatever it is that you're having a hard time thinking that you're worthy of.
Think about how you were meant for that thing.
You're meant to be involved in that.
Think about how good it feels,
How good it feels to believe that you're worthy of what you want.
And I want you to feel that all over your body.
Starting at the top of your head.
Just move that good feeling down through your neck,
Down to your chest,
Both of your arms,
Down through your stomach and your legs,
Down to your feet.
Just feel that worthiness all over your body and believe it.
Believe that you're worthy of all that you want in life,
All that you deserve in life.
And I want you to remember this feeling when you go into anything that maybe you don't feel worthy of.
Because you are.
You're worthy of anything that you desire in this life.
You just have to believe it.
And that's truly the key is believing that you are worthy.
That's the only thing that separates you from someone else is the belief of worthiness.
We're going to go ahead,
Begin ending this meditation.
Go ahead and open your eyes.
And I want you to just remember that feeling that you created during this meditation of worthiness and believing in yourself.
And just take that with you today.
