This meditation is meant to help you stay on a track of healthy eating if that is what makes your body feel it's best. Sometimes its a lot easier to reach for foods that give us a quick dopamine hit but sometimes that doesn't make us feel our best. This will help you to stay in the energy of eating food to make you feel your best. Music by: Chris Collins

Welcome to your healthy eating to feel your best meditation.

Let's begin by having you get comfortable,

However that's going to work best for you.

And then slowly closing your eyes.

Once you get comfortable,

Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.

And in and out.

And one more big breath in and out.

If you need to be on a specific diet to feel your best or because of some sickness you have or maybe because you're trying to lose weight.

Whatever reason you're eating healthier,

It can be hard.

And this meditation is meant to help you.

To help you remember why you're eating healthier and to help you to hold on to that feeling.

It can be so hard,

Especially if you've eaten certain foods your whole life.

Even if eating healthier makes you feel better and you know that,

Your brain can still revert back to what you've eaten most of your life.

Or those foods that give you a quick dopamine hit.

We're going to work on remembering those good feelings you've had while eating well and taking care of your body in a way that feels best for you.

Or those good feelings that you want to have by eating well and taking care of your body.

So let's begin by imagining yourself feeling how you want to feel from eating healthy.

Or imagining yourself at a time where you were eating healthy and feeling good.

So just picture yourself.

During that time that you are feeling good,

How do you look?

Or how did you look?

This isn't necessarily about weight.

It's more just about feeling good and how you think you look when you feel your best.

And more importantly then,

How you feel that you would look if you eat healthier or how you looked when you felt that you ate healthier.

How do you feel when you're picturing yourself in this way?

I'm sure that you look and feel really good in your own eyes right as you're picturing yourself.

Because how could you not?

You're working on taking care of yourself in a way that your soul craves.

And not just your soul,

Your body.

Your body needs you to take care of it in this way.

And I want you to feel that feeling all over your body and just sit in it.

I'm going to help you to move that feeling all throughout your body.

We're going to start by imagining this good feeling all contained in a pure white ball of energy sitting right above the top of your head.

Now I want you to imagine an opening starting right at the top of your head,

Right under where that ball is sitting.

Now imagine that ball of energy slowly entering the opening you just imagined.

Only that ball is spreading out and moving all throughout your body.

It's starting to fill your entire face and your jaw.

And then the energy is moving down,

Filling your neck.

And slowly moving down,

Filling your whole chest and then down both of your arms.

And it's moving down,

Filling your whole stomach.

Down through your hips,

Down both of your legs,

All the way down to your feet.

Now that pure white good energy,

It's filling your whole body and it's swirling all around.

This is the energy of how it feels when you eat your healthiest.

When you take care of yourself in a way that makes you feel your best.

When you continuously listen to your body and make the best food choices for you.

Just feel that feeling keep swirling all throughout your body.

As it swirls throughout your body,

You're also pushing out the energy that might be telling you that you can't feel your best or you aren't allowed to feel your best.

It's also pushing out any energy that might be telling you it's okay to eat things that don't make you feel good.

That energy is not helping you to feel your best.

So right now with all of this good energy swirling around,

Removing that bad energy out and only allowing space for the good feelings we want to feel from eating healthy and listening to what our bodies need from us.

So I want you to sit in this feeling for a few moments and just feel this good energy swirling all over throughout your body.

And just pay attention to anything that comes up for you.

It's normal at this time to receive messages on things maybe you shouldn't be eating in order to remain feeling this good feeling or maybe messages on things that are helping you to keep this good feeling.

So go ahead and just sit in this feeling for a few moments.

And just feel this good energy swirling around.

And just feel this good energy swirling around.

And just feel this good energy swirling around.

And just feel this good energy swirling around.

And just feel this good energy swirling around.

You are now able to spend time being conscious about what you eat.

Not necessarily how much you eat because remember we all need fuel to live.

But you are really ready to be conscious about what you eat.

What makes you feel your best and eliminating what doesn't make you feel your best.

Because honestly just because it may give you a quick hit of happiness is the feeling that you have after worth it.

There are definitely occasions where that hit of happiness is worth it.

Maybe you're spending time with people that you love.

Maybe you're just taking time for you.

Just as long as you recognize that this can't be here every day.

Every year foods make you feel better every day.

And those are the foods you need every day.

And you can always come back to the healthy foods just because you might have eaten something that doesn't make you feel good.

For one day it doesn't mean that you can't get yourself back to feeling good.

Go ahead and repeat this mantra with me either out loud or in your head.

I consciously eat in a way that makes my body feel good.

I consciously eat in a way that makes my body feel good.

I consciously eat in a way that makes my body feel good.

I consciously eat in a way that makes my body feel good.

Okay,

We're now going to start to get ourselves out of this meditation.

Go ahead and move your fingers and your toes and open your eyes.

I hope you feel like you've taken on a lot of that good energy you can feel when you're conscious about what you eat and that you've released some of the energy that no longer serves you.
