Powerful affirmations. Great spacing and timing. I was struggling to deal with a cold rage regarding another person's actions in not supporting me during a very emotionally challenging time, and this helped to calm and re-center me. I was reminded that I need only look within for what I need, not without. At present, I am calm, my heart rate has returned to normal, and I feel strong in my core and center again. I was able to let the worst of it go. I am bookmarking and downloading this for repeated use today and in the future. I am enough and I am complete within myself. My guidance is internal, as is the abundance of comfort I was seeking elsewhere. I was able to detach from the volatility of the situation and simply witness it instead during this practice. For me, it was so much more than a series of affirmations. It was a sorely needed reminder that has already shifted how I perceive the situation, shifting back to my own inner wisdom, rather than placing expectations upon another. The day seems much lighter and full of more promise now. Thank you for sharing this with me and the world. I see the light in you. 🤲❤️🤲
