Welcome everyone to my meditation which will help you to boost your concentration throughout the day by the technique of visualization.

Before that,

Let's calm down our bodies first.

Take a comfortable posture.

Be sure that your back is straight,

Your eyes are gently closed.

You can sit on a cushion or a chair as well or you can lie down as well.

Take a couple of deep breaths to calm down your body.

Keep inhalations and deep exhalations.

Let us take a few minutes here to concentrate our minds on our breath.

Feel the movement of your breath either on your abdomen or your nostrils or on your chest.

Feel the movement of your inhalations and your exhalations.

Feel the sensation which your breath creates in your body.

Don't worry too much about your thoughts.

Just give 10 minutes to your body,

To your space and to your peace of mind.

Now imagine there is a ball in front of you.

Imagine it at any distance which is comfortable to you.

Imagine the ball is of your favorite color.

You can choose any background you want.

It could be your garden,

Your balcony,

Your kids room,

Any wall in your home or any imaginary situation or place that you want.

But don't leave the side of your ball.

Try to maintain your focus and keep imagining your ball.

Make sure that you are relaxed and you don't put too much strain on your eyes or on your head.

Just have a simple gaze and a visualization of your ball in your favorite color in front of you.

Now try to see the size of your ball.

Try to feel the texture or the fabric of your ball.

How is the color of your ball?

Is it light,

Medium or dark?

How is the texture of your ball?

Is it a smooth one or it's rugged and rough?

Is your ball moving or is it still at one place?

Try to visualize your ball as clearly as you can and maintain your focus there.

If at any point of time it gets too much for you,

Relax your concentration for a couple of seconds and then begin again.

Now imagine that your ball in your favorite color has increased in its size by 10 times.

Still try to maintain a focus on it.

Focus on its hugeness but still see its color,

Its texture.

Now imagine that your ball has decreased in size by 10 times.

It has become a very small ball or just a dot in front of you.

Try to focus on that little dot.

Relax now.

Let go of your ball and your concentration.

Relax your eyes and take three deep breaths.

Deep inhalations and exhalations.

It's a good practice to do this at least five minutes every day to boost your concentration.

And through visualizing you're also enabling your cognitive mind to run as well.

I hope it was helpful to you.

Thank you for practicing with us.
