Feel instant deep relaxation with this guided meditation. You can do it sitting, standing, or while lying down. You can do it anywhere. A few minutes near the window in your office, while waiting in the shopping queue, while standing on the train, or just sitting in your balcony.

Hi everyone and welcome to this session of deep relaxation.

This is a very effective technique to calm down your body and mind and bring that instant deep relaxation in whatever situation you are in.

You can do it by sitting,

Standing or also while lying down as well.

You can do it anywhere,

A few minutes near the window in your office,

While waiting in the shopping queue,

While standing in the train or just sitting in your balcony.

Take a comfortable posture and gently close your eyes.

Let your body be very relaxed.

Take three deep breaths and settle down with your body.

Concentrate on the deep inhalation of your breath which is filling your complete body.

Feel your complete body now and start to pay attention to your left toes.

Feel the sensation around your toes and breathe into your toes.

This area holds a lot of tension.

Imagine breathing into all the toes and nails of your left toes.

Now move up to your feet and calf.

Feel the sensation in your left feet,

In your left calf and gently breathe into them.

Feel your deep breathing reaching the utmost part of your feet.

Moving a little above,

Feel the area around your thighs,

Around your knees and notice the sensation,

Notice the joints of your body and breathe into all the muscles,

All the joints and bones in your body.

Move to the area around your hips now and feel the sensation as they touch the cushion or the mat.

Feel how they press against the cushion.

Feel the sensations and breathe into them.

Now move to your abdomen and feel the deep expansion of your breath,

Deep inhalation and exhalation of your breath.

Feel the fingers of your left hand,

The curl of your fingers,

The gentleness of your fingers and breathe into them.

Give your breath to each and every finger and every nail and your palms.

Moving on to your hands,

Feel the veins in your body,

The joints of the elbow and arms and feel your breath reaching your arms and elbow.

Try to see the sensations of your face.

Feel your mouth,

The jaw,

Your smile and spread all your deep breathing to your face and your forehead.

Come to your hair now and feel the air,

Feel the air filling your complete head.

How does it feel?

Do you feel the sensations?

Imagine your breath going into your head and all the strands of your head.

Move down to the area of your shoulders and neck.

There is generally a lot of tension in this area.

Feel the breath reaching every atom present in your shoulder,

Every atom present in your neck and move down to your spine.

Feel the strongness of your spine and feel the breath reaching every level of your spine.

Move to your right arm now,

Elbow and give all your breath,

Your energy to the joints,

Muscles,

Your veins and feel that sensation of the curl of fingers.

Now move down to your thighs and knees and feel all the joints,

Muscles,

Bones.

Give your breath till the end of your body,

Your feet,

Your toes.

Feel the breath has reached to every part of your body,

Every joint,

Every muscle,

Veins and bones.

Feel the lightness of your body.

Feel your body is very light now.

It is filled with fresh and pure air.

You're filled with pure air,

Pure breath which brings along with itself a lot of positivity,

Happiness and love in your body and in your life.

Stay here for a couple of minutes filling your body with air.

Feel the lightness and fill your body with purity and happiness.

Feel the relaxation your body has received.

Feel the calmness and feel the peace which has come to your body and every atom in your body.

Now you can move a little bit.

You can gently open your eyes and carry with yourself this relaxation,

This peace throughout your day.
