Good morning my dear friends.
Welcome to all of you in this simple and positive meditation to jump start our days with so much positivity and a smile on your face.
Take a comfortable position.
Let your back be straight.
Your eyes are gently closed.
You can sit on a cushion or maybe you can just lie down.
Take a couple of deep breaths and calm down your body.
Deep inhalation and deep exhalations.
Let's just take a few minutes to concentrate our minds on our breath.
Feel the movement of your breath either on your abdomen or nostril or on your chest.
Feel the movement of your inhalation and exhalations.
Feel the sensation which your breath creates in your body.
Don't worry too much about your thoughts.
Just give 10 minutes to your body,
To your space and to your peace of mind.
In our day to day lives we are so busy that we sometimes forget how much good is happening in the world.
How much good we are doing in this world.
There are so many good deeds which we do for ourselves,
Which we do for people around us,
Which we do for our communities.
Why don't you take a moment and rejoice in your deeds,
In yourself.
The wonderful deeds you do every day for your kids,
For your family,
For yourself.
The hard work you put to help others get through their day.
The small things,
The little things you do for others,
For your friends,
Your colleagues,
Your neighbors and even for the larger community.
Rejoice in your efforts.
Rejoice in all the good deeds that you are doing,
That you try to do in your daily life.
Be happy about all the past deeds that you have done to help your family,
Your dear and near ones.
It doesn't matter what was the result,
But rejoice in your beautiful heart and know that you have so many good deeds.
Give a pat on your back knowing that yes,
There are so many things and deeds I'm proud of.
Rejoice,
Rejoice in those.
I want you to imagine now that another version of you is standing right in front of you.
Bring your attention to this person,
This version of you who is standing in front of you,
Smiling at you and thanking you for all the positivity and beautiful things that you do for yourself,
Your friends,
Your family every day.
Take the same feeling today with you.
Don't worry about perfection.
Don't worry about the result.
