What can be better than starting your day knowing your heart's intentions?
Let's do a small daily morning practice which will help you to set your intentions for throughout the day,
Not just for yourself but for the world too.
Let's get into a comfortable position,
Maybe you are still lying down or you have just woken up with a cup of tea.
Close your eyes and do a quick scan of your body.
Start from your head to your mouth and going down to your neck and shoulders.
Feel your back and the sensations in your body.
Run through your arms and fingers now and then go down to your legs feeling your thighs and your knees and feet.
Release all your sensations,
Smile to yourself and be grateful of yet another day of happiness and learning and joy.
Now set up your motivations and intentions for today.
What is that my heart desires today?
What do I wish for myself?
Now think about what is my heart desires for my loved ones,
My family and my friends?
What is my heart desires for my loved ones?
And lastly,
What is my heart desires for the world,
For all the beings in the world?
Take a deep breath,
Prepare your mind and your heart to take these intentions with you throughout the day.
Remember to keep coming back to your intentions during the day.
