Finding Your Power

Welcome to day three of the Embrace,

Empower and Evolve meditation series.

Go ahead and find your meditation space.

Whether it's sitting,

Standing,

Lying down,

Hands rested gently at your knees,

Gently by your side.

And start noticing your breath.

Taking some deep breaths in,

Nose.

Hands are starting to let it out,

The mouth releasing,

Coming in and relaxing into this space.

We're going to start today by taking some deeper breaths.

So on the inhale,

Take an in-breath,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

This next one we're going to hold at the top.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And go ahead and take a few more of those deep breaths on your own pace.

Maybe making it a little longer,

A little shorter,

Whatever it's calling to you.

But see if you can really feel that deep breath coming in and coming out down through your body,

Resting,

Grounding,

And getting yourself set up for today's meditation.

Today's meditation is on finding your power.

In our breath,

These deep inhales,

These deep exhales,

It is the life-giving energy of our power.

It helps us to find power.

It helps you to find power when you are feeling anxious,

When you are in a rush.

You can come back to your breath,

Come back to your center.

As you breathe,

Take notice of the area just below the chest plate at the top of the abdomen.

This is the location of the third chakra,

The solar plexus chakra.

This is your center of power.

This is where your confidence comes from.

Your empowerment,

As we will be getting into.

As you breathe,

Start cultivating this yellow light that is breathing in through your nostrils and breathing down into this solar plexus area.

Yellow is the color that is associated with this chakra.

As you breathe,

Feel that yellow light at your center.

Get a little brighter.

Get a little more vibrant.

Breathe in a little more of that powerful light energy.

What if I were to tell you that you are powerful,

That you are powerful beyond measure,

That with your power you can decide to be whoever you want,

Do whatever you want.

There are some people that won't believe in that.

They don't believe in their power.

Just to believe means that we might actually be worth something.

You might actually be worth something.

You have this great power inside that you may or may not realize.

As you breathe,

Start to ask yourself if you've believed in your power up to this point.

Where in your life has your power shown through?

Maybe it was a time,

You can remember in school where you had a big presentation and you were really nervous,

But you pushed past.

You found that power and it went way better than you thought.

Maybe it was a similar time in a job.

Where have you doubted your power in the past and where have you continued to prove yourself wrong to prove that you have this great power?

As you breathe,

Continuing to breathe in that yellow light energy down into your solar plexus,

Feeling your sense of strength grow with each inhale.

Continuing to mind something that you may want some more power on.

Maybe you feel a lack in confidence and self-esteem.

Where is that place in your life that you would like to empower?

To truly allow yourself to be your fullest.

Where is that place for you?

As you breathe in more of this yellow light,

Repeat either out loud or silently to yourself,

I am confident.

I believe in my power.

I have a great power that no one else can take from me.

I am powerful.

I am empowered.

And it is through my empowerment that I can go forth to create,

To be,

To choose to do whatever I so please.

My power will attract the people I need in my life,

The people I desire,

The people I've always desired.

I am powerful beyond measure.

I am powerful beyond measure.

Continue to breathe back in through that nose.

Exhale feeling yourself deep in and even more.

Feeling that solar plexus now starting to generate more of that energy,

More of your power.

Remember,

You always have the power to choose.

Whatever that means to you,

You always have the power to choose.

It's when you deny that power that you find the unrest in your life.

You always have the power to make a new decision.

You are so,

So powerful.

You are so worthy.

Go ahead and ask whatever higher power that you may believe in.

Or ask that knowing inside of you for some guidance,

Some guidance and some more power so that your power can shine in this world.

Because it's when you own your power that others can get a sense of theirs.

You are powerful beyond measure and you know that.

Whenever you are ready,

You can start releasing that yellow light from your solar plexus.

Releasing your power out into the world and come back to your body.

Bring some life into your fingers,

Into your neck.

And whenever you feel ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes and come back to this powerful space that you have created today.

I believe so deeply in your power and I look forward to what you do with it.
