So before we begin,
Some preparation.
For those who have crystals,
Simply select as many crystals as you wish to join in.
They will be in the aura and it's really nice to physically clean them once in a while to keep them sparkling.
This is of course separate to the energy cleansing which will be added in this meditation.
So decide if you are ready to continue.
Decide are your crystals ready and look clean too.
Or you just want to do a crystal meditation with yourself.
This will take place laying down.
So decide a good place with room for you and the crystals.
You yourself will be in a stretched out laying position to open up the aura.
So the arms and legs will be stretched open with complete privacy of course.
Let's get excited for crystals are truly wonderful.
Now place any crystals you have anywhere around the body.
Placing them in the aura.
You may wish to put them around the feet,
Around the head and around the body.
So they can enjoy this journey and work too.
Are you ready to begin?
For we shall begin.
Focus now on your breath.
And hold that breath for three seconds now.
And exhale.
And hold that breath in for four seconds now.
And exhale.
Closing your eyes.
And imagine.
Simply imagine in this moment just you and the beginning of this crystal meditation.
Let's invite white light for cleansing.
With the eyes closed we can paint the entire room white.
So let all the four walls become a hundred percent white.
Let the floor on what you are laid on also become one hundred percent white.
Start to feel the magic and comfort of white light.
Now the ceiling,
The roof too is gone completely white.
And in a square kind of shape you and the crystals are in this white room.
Radiating white energy.
Breathe it in now.
Let it cleanse,
Replenish all of you.
It's time to invite a crystal healing angel with an abundance of energy crystals for healing work on the aura.
So connect to these words.
Crystal angel of love and light.
Be with me now in love and light.
Bring in the abundance of crystal light.
Paint me a picture in my aura of crystals.
Let one hundred rose quartz of pink lay around my skin.
Touching my aura and breathe it in.
Breathe in unconditional pink love.
Bring in now crystal healing angel of love and light.
Also amethyst of the beautiful purple and lay one hundred amethyst around my entire aura.
For it's healing repairing energies.
Healing my life with thanks.
Breathing in now a glorious purple.
Bring in now crystal angel of love and light.
Citron of gold.
And lay one hundred also in my aura.
For the abundance of sheer positivity.
And radiate all around me.
Breathe in now a yellow gold.
Laying with thanks in three hundred crystals to soothe my aura.
Feeling waves of bliss as I blow you a thank you kiss.
All four walls are turning a pink glow.
The floor turns a purple haze.
The ceiling a shining gold.
And I rest here fully relaxed.
Taking in all of this.
Enjoy this crystal aura empowerment.
Time to absorb these beautiful crystal energies into the body now.
Especially the heart and especially the mind.
So take in a new air of beautiful pink.
Let it reach your heart and float in the mind.
Then take in a new air of beautiful purple.
Let it also reach the heart and float in the mind.
Finally take in a new air of beautiful gold and let it reach your heart and float in the mind.
And ask now for the crystal angel of love and light to seal it in with thanks.
And that the aura keeps its new glow healing your own world from where you shine.
