Hi,

It's Jordana.

This is one minute of mindfulness to bring purpose to your present moment.

Let's get started.

Sit comfortably.

Allow the spine to grow tall,

Settle,

And relax.

So often,

I get caught up in how long things are taking.

It brings worry to my mind and my body.

And then I read this quote by Mary Oliver,

And it just made me smile.

So let's take a deep breath together,

And I'll share this with you as well.

She says,

Things take the time they take.

Don't worry.

How many roads did St.

Augustine follow before he became St.

Augustine?

St.

Augustine.
