Greetings everyone,
This is Jess with JessBe Inspired.
And today's meditation is to help you manifest all that you desire with the new moon's energy.
I hope that this meditation serves you well and keeps you staying inspired.
Let's begin wherever you are to get as comfy as possible.
Starting to settle in and taking a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And gently letting that go out through your mouth.
One last time,
Taking a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And just softly close your eyes and let that breath go out through your mouth.
Now let's take a couple of long,
Deep breaths by breathing in for the count of five and exhaling out for the count of six.
Let's do this two times together.
Slowly breathing in for the count of five.
And gently letting that breath go to the count of six.
One more time breathing in slowly for the count of five.
And gently letting that breath go to the count of six.
Now just flow and float with your breath.
Let's begin by starting to envision a beautiful night sky.
Seeing all the stars twinkling.
And as you look up into this night sky,
You start to see a sliver of light.
And you notice that it's a beautiful new moon.
Breathing in that new moon energy.
And gently letting that go.
And this new moon energy starts to inspire you to think about all the new things that you wish to bring into your life at this moment.
Beginning with your physical body.
What new things would you like to bring into your physical body?
Breathe in all of those new things into your physical being.
On the exhale,
Send them out into the universe.
Breathing them in and sending them out.
Now taking this a little further by asking yourself what new emotions would you like to bring in?
Would you like to feel that help support your inspiration?
That help support you at your highest self.
Breathing in all of those new emotions to help inspire and connect you to your highest self.
And sending them back out into the universe.
Now thinking about any new ideas or thoughts that you'd like to bring into your mind at this time to help bring you more peace,
More clarity.
Just simply breathing in these new thoughts,
These new ideas.
And sending them out into the universe.
Breathing them in and sending them out.
Now let's take this even further by allowing ourselves to use this loving mantra.
I manifest all that I desire.
Just allow yourself to feel the power of that mantra with this beautiful new moon's energy.
I manifest all that I desire.
Just allow yourself to feel the power of that new moon's energy.
Breathing in,
I manifest all that I desire.
And gently letting that go.
I want you to just take this even deeper by thinking about one thing that you'd like to manifest and see unfold this week.
Just one thing.
Breathing in that desire.
And on the exhale sending it out.
Trusting in the universe to support that desire.
One last time breathing that in and gently letting that go.
Whenever you feel ready,
You can begin to open your eyes.
