Oh wow. My journaling this morning was anger, stress, loneliness and stuck. I haven't been in a good place for a while. I found this.....I gathered some crystals, lay on the floor in the sun shining through the window and I got totally lost in this meditation. I feel peaceful. I feel calm. It's so nice to feel this way..... Thankyou so so much..... I will definitely return to this 🙏🧡🌈💛
