This meditation is to help you connect and activate your third eye chakra and intution. Your third eye chakra is where you hold your visions, and inner guidance. When we are out of alignment with our third eye chakra, we may be stuck in conditioned ways of being that no longer are serving us. This meditation is to help you feel safe in taking risks that help you connect to your highest self. I don’t know why, maybe it’s from the medication I take but I never feel anything. not in just this meditation but others as well when they ask how do you feel? I never feel anything just plain. And I never hear, feel, or see any messages from my intuition. Could it be from my pain medication? Or could my sacral chakra be blocked?
