This is Jess with Just Be Inspired and this will be a quick Reiki refresh for your physical,
Emotional,
Mental,
And spiritual wellness.
I invite you to incorporate this into your daily practice to help you to feel more energized and more whole throughout your day.
So we're going to just start by taking a deep breath in through the nose letting that go out through the mouth.
We'll do that two more times breathing in through the nose and letting that go out through the mouth and one last time breathing in through the nose and letting that go out through the mouth.
And now I'm going to begin to activate the Reiki energy healing which is to help you to release any energetic blockages so just noticing the sensations in your body physically as we start from the head moving down the face coming across the jaw the neck the back the chest the arms the stomach the lower abdomen the pelvic floor and just letting go of any physical tension throughout the legs to the ground to be recycled and renewed and just breathing that in and letting that go and now coming into the emotional energy feeling that in your heart as we just cleanse any heaviness of emotions and just breathing that in and letting that go and now coming into the mind noticing the sensations around the temples the forehead as we let go of any ideas or thoughts that might be replaying that no longer are serving you and letting that flow and now coming into the spiritual aspect of any relationships perhaps any connections might even be relationship to self and just allowing some of that weight to be lifted taking a deep breath in and letting that go and now gently just placing your hands on your heart and setting the intention of how you wish to feel just for today letting that just settle in and exhaling that out breathing that in for the highest good for all and letting that flow I hope that this Reiki cleanse and meditation served you well when you are inspired you are in spirit stay inspired
