It's based on the Reiki principles and this will be a brief guided meditation.
I hope that it keeps you staying inspired.
Taking a nice deep breath in through your nose and gently let that go out through your mouth.
Let's do that two more times.
Just breathing in through your nose and gently letting that go out through your mouth.
One last time breathing in through your nose and letting that go out through your mouth.
And now just witness your breath as we begin.

Now I want us to just take a brief moment and I want you to set an intention of what your Just For Today is.
What is your Just For Today?
Getting clear on it,
Getting connected,
Letting this be your intention just for today.
Breathing that into your heart and gently letting that go.
One last time breathing that intention in into your heart and exhaling that out.
Whenever it feels comfy,
You can open your eyes coming back to today.
