In this meditation, I take you to focus on the most basic, most essential part of our reality: Our breath. Our breath is the life force energy that gives us life, that allows reality to be possible. Without breath we would simply not be. Coming back to the natural rhythm of our breath is key to functioning, distressing and being present and mindful.

Hello beautiful souls,

My name is Jenna Rose Gennady and I am your mindfulness and meditation coach.

I thank you for joining in today,

I thank you for supporting,

I thank you for being on this awakening journey with me and all others around.

Today's meditation will focus on the simplicity of focusing on the breath,

Coming back to the breath,

Focusing on all that is,

All that we have ever been and what unites all of us together as one,

The breath of existence.

So without the breath there is no life,

There is no life force and reality would not be.

So I ask you now when you are ready to find a comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed,

Where you can meditate in the silence and focus on your breath,

Coming back to the natural rhythm and becoming present in the mindfulness that you are.

Starting with our breath,

Taking a big deep breath in,

Breathing in the each chakra,

Breathing in to our boot,

Our sacrum,

Our solar plexus,

Our heart,

Our throat,

Our thought eye,

Our crown and holding the breath at the crown chakra and breathing out,

Breathing out down to each chakra,

Grounding us down to the crown,

The throat,

The heart,

The solar plexus,

The sacrum and the root chakra.

Breathing in again,

Breathing into each chakra and inhale,

Breathing in red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo and violet,

Holding at the crown and breathing out,

Breathing down into each chakra,

The crown,

The thought eye,

The throat,

The heart,

The solar plexus,

The sacrum,

The root chakra,

Grounding us into the ground,

Grounding us into the seat that we are in,

The diversity that we are in,

Grounding us into Mother Gaia.

Setting our intention for this meditation,

Setting the intention to be more relaxed,

More present,

More mindful,

Continuing to focus on our breath,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing the breath to rise and allowing the breath to flow,

Coming back into our breath,

Breathing in and out,

So often we forget to come back to the breath.

How many times in our life have we been stressed,

Upset,

Angry,

So frustrated that we forget to breathe,

That we have to remind ourselves,

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

How many times do we get so overwhelmed,

So anxious,

So emotional that other people have to remind us,

Breathe out,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Coming back to the natural rhythm of our breath,

Remembering that without our breath there would be no life,

For our breath is a life force that keeps us surviving,

Keeps us manifesting,

Keeps us alive,

Connecting our inhale with the exhale and realizing that without the inhale and the exhale connected,

Each part has no function.

The inhale alone has no function without the exhale and the exhale alone has no function without the inhale.

Together they work,

Synchronizing,

Connected,

Connecting us to all that is,

Connecting us to all that has ever been,

Connecting us to the most sacred,

Surreal parts of ourselves,

Connecting us to life,

To love,

Connecting us to one another,

For each and every one of us is breath,

Each and every one of us is prana,

Each and every one of us is the oxygen that keeps each other alive,

Surviving,

Being,

Simply being.

It's our connection to the most sacred parts of who we are,

The breath,

The breath is all that we are,

It's all that we have ever been.

From the moment that we escaped the room and we took our first breath,

When the umbilical cord was cut,

We breathed life into our reality,

We started the cycle of creation,

The cycle of awe that is,

For our breath can never be without,

Life can never be without our breath,

For in times of frustration,

In times of stress,

In times of beauty,

In times of health,

In times of love,

In the most intimate moments of our life,

Our breath is what connects us to one another,

Connects us to life,

Connects us to all that is,

For our breath is what unites us,

It's what we are and have in common,

For learning how to breathe,

It breaks down the veil of separation,

It breaks down the veil of hatred,

Of pain,

Of hurt,

Of generational curses,

Anger,

Resentment,

It breaks us down and reminds us that we are but one,

We are the inhale and the exhale,

Working together to connect all of us to life force,

To love,

To survival,

To existence in this reality,

The breath is all that is,

We are the breath,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Feeling that breath penetrating every part of your body,

Feeling that breath penetrating your heart,

Feeling that breath sinking together to remind us of who we are,

Who we have always been and who we will always remain,

Sitting here for a few moments,

Focusing on the inhale and the exhale of your breath,

Finding unity in the inhale,

Ending in the exhale beginning,

Where the exhale ends and the inhale begins,

Feeling the cycle of creation,

The cycle of breath,

The cycle of all that is,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Focusing on your breath,

Finding yourself,

I leave you for a few moments until you heal my voice once again.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

And when you are ready,

Opening up your eyes,

Remembering that your breath is all that you are,

Is all that you have ever been.

It will stay with you throughout your lifetime and every lifetime after.

It is what unites all of us in similarity and sameness.

And it's a common thread.

For our breath is the most sacred part of us.

Without our breath,

There is no life for us.

There was no life.

And this reality would not be.

So as you go about your day.

Remember to focus on your breath.

Come back to your breath.

And all of the positive and negative moments of our lives.

Allow your breath to calm you.

Allow your breath to laugh with you.

Allow your breath in the most intimate moments of your life.

Allow your breath to sync up with others.

Allow your breath now and forever.

I wish you a beautiful day.

I wish you a beautiful life.

And until we meditate again,

I ask you now to please place your hands together and perform.

Placing your hands to your heart,

Bowing down with me and saying,

Namaste.

For my soul recognizes your soul,

That we are one soul in many bodies.

Namaste.

Loved it and was needed for me right now. Gennas voice is always so calming and I love when I can listen to her Live sessions. I wish I could make all of her lives but I only can make the evening ones or if she does one on the weekend.
