As if you were coming back home after a long journey and you could rest within yourself in a safe space of peace and joy and beauty.
Let's start by making yourself comfortable,
Whether sitting or lying down.
Just making sure you're feeling at ease.
Taking two big breaths,
Inhaling through your mouth.
Feeling the oxygen as it refreshes every cell in the body and letting it out with the sound Aaaaaaaaaa.
Once again,
Inhale and release any tension or anxiety as you sigh it out.
Aaaaaaaaaa.
Feeling calm,
Confident and ready to dive within.
Relax your eyes,
Your chest and your belly.
Imagine you're about to have a sweet dream.
Bring your attention to the natural movement of your breath.
So soft,
Light and comfortable.
Imagine you could see yourself right here but from a higher perspective.
You suddenly become aware that it's okay to feel stressed or anxious.
There's nothing wrong with this.
There's nothing wrong with you.
It's just a part of our human condition.
The best way to stop fighting stress or anxiety is to shift your attention from fear and worry to an immense feeling of trust and gratitude.
Bring your attention to something that makes you feel grateful.
It can be a happy memory or it can be something in this present moment.
Here and now,
Appreciate how lucky you are to be here,
Fully present and alive.
Flood your whole being with great fullness as you repeat these words inside your heart.

Anxiety is just a form of energy in your body.

Bring your attention to your heart center.
Allow your beautiful radiant heart to blossom,
Perfuming everything inside and all around you with love.
Allow this feeling to grow and expand in all directions as if there were no walls,
No floor,
No ceiling,
Just a wide open space filled with pure love.
Like a big ball of light expanding and covering your body,
Your house,
Your city,
Your country,
Covering the whole world with love.
Sending out compassion to all those who might be struggling with stress or anxiety,
Knowing we are all on the same boat and we have the chance to support each other.
Finally,
Visualize the faces of your loved ones,
Your friends or family shining and smiling inside your heart.
Wishing them good health,
Inner peace and deep true happiness.
And visualize yourself overflowing with pure love and light.
Calm,
Confident.
Knowing that all your dreams can come true.
As we come to the end of our meditation,
Simply confirm your awareness inside the heart,
Filled with breath,
Gratitude and love.
