Wherever you are,
Welcome to your radiant health meditation.
This is your time,
Your space,
Where you can finally take a break from all the stress and worries of our busy lives to simply reconnect with yourself.
As if you were coming back home after a long journey and you could rest within your heart,
Within that space of inner peace and joy and beauty.
Let's start by making yourself comfortable,
Whether on the floor or on a chair.
Just making sure you're feeling at ease,
Keeping your back straight,
Feeling the support of the ground and placing both hands on your chest with your thumbs touching each other.
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your heart center.
That beautiful radiant heart that keeps beating and pumping new life every day.
As you feel and breathe into your heart,
Feel deeper into a source of bright light shining inside like a star or a diamond.
Imagine you could plug straight into this source of pure,
Peaceful energy,
Allowing this light to grow from the heart,
Flooding your whole body.
You can send this light to specific parts of the body that might need some healing.
Feel yourself beaming with pure radiant energy as if your skin could dissolve and merge with the surroundings.
In this state of clarity,
Simply ask to be used as a vessel of love and light for the benefit of all beings.
And you can set your intention for today for whatever your heart truly needs right now.
Take a deep breath and relax your whole body.
Allow your hands to rest on your lap.
Take another deep breath and relax your whole being.
Consciously softening your eyes,
Your chest and your belly.
We are now ready to go through the four stages of this meditation,
The four pillars of the heart.
The first is the sacred,
Forgiveness and love.
First,
Presence.
Simply plant the following words like a seed inside your heart.
I am here,
Fully open and present.
I am here.
Repeat this quietly several times.
Don't worry about any thoughts or distractions on the surface.
Let them fade away as you bring your attention back to your hearts,
Back to these words.
I am here,
Fully open and present.
I am here.
Enjoy the vastness of your own presence.
Second,
Gratitude.
Bring your attention to something that makes you feel grateful.
It can be a happy memory or it can be something in this present moment.
It can be a huge thing or a small thing.
Just take a moment to appreciate how lucky you are to be here,
Fully present and alive.
Flood your whole being with gratitude.
And repeat these words like a mantra inside your heart.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Third,
Forgiveness.
Bring your attention to a situation or a person that you feel you need to forgive.
Something that might be causing tension or stress in your heart.
Visualize this person or situation and simply repeat the following words like a healing balm for your heart.
I forgive you and I ask that you forgive me.
I let you go.
I forgive you.
Feel the medicine of forgiveness flooding your heart,
Healing all wounds and opening deeper into our fourth and final stage.
Love.
Allow your heart to blossom like the most beautiful flower,
Perfuming everything inside and all around you with love.
Allow this feeling to grow and expand in all directions.
As if there were no walls,
No floor,
No ceiling,
Just a wide open space filled with pure love.
Like a big ball of light expanding and covering your body,
Your house,
Your city,
Your country.
Covering the whole world.
Bathing everything and everyone in love.
As if your heart could connect with the heart of all living beings and you could feel them pulsating with this same unconditional love.
Finally,
Visualize the faces of your loved ones,
Your friends or family shining and smiling inside your heart.
Wishing them good health,
Inner peace and deep true happiness.
And visualize yourself overflowing with love and light.
May all your dreams come true from this heartfelt space of ease and beauty.
As we come to the end of our meditation,
Simply confirm your awareness inside your heart.
Filled with presence,
Gratitude,
Forgiveness and love.
Your heart so soft,
Light and still.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Gently bring your hands together in prayer and dedicate this practice for the benefit of all beings.
May everyone be healthy,
Peaceful and happy.
May those who are sick be healed.
May those who are homeless find refuge.
May those who are hungry be nourished.
You have now completed your radiant health meditation.
Enjoy this feeling of calm and vitality pulsating in every cell in your body.
You can stay here and enjoy the positive effects of meditation.
Or whenever you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
Seeing the space around you as if you were looking for the first time with innocence and openness.
Looking for this wonderful opportunity and feeling ready to have an amazing day filled with laughter,
Creativity and radiance.
