Welcome,

Dear friend.

This meditation will help you relax your body and focus your mind so you can sleep like a baby and wake up feeling re-energized.

This is your time to take a break from all the stress and worries of our busy lives.

As if you were going on a holiday to your favorite place.

No need to worry about packing or buying expensive tickets.

Just by spending a quiet moment with yourself,

You can find everything you are looking for.

Let's start by making sure you're comfortable in your body.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

Inhale new oxygen.

And exhale any stress or tension.

Relax your tongue and your jaw.

Relax your shoulders and your belly.

You are ready to relax deeper with a simple breathing technique.

Inhaling twice through your nose and exhaling once through your mouth with a long and soothing out-breath.

This will help you activate the relaxation response.

Repeat this breathing pattern at your own pace for the next minute.

Inhaling twice your nose and exhaling once through your mouth.

Very good.

Now let's relax even deeper by doing two breath holds.

So take a deep breath in,

Fully in and hold for as long as you can.

Draw the energy up to the crown of the head.

Roll your eyes up.

Re-energize every cell in the body.

And slowly,

Whenever you're ready,

Breathing out.

Once again,

Take a deep breath in and hold for as long as you can.

Feel the expansion in your chest.

Feel the body recharging with new oxygen as you absorb this positive energy.

And slowly,

In your own time,

Breathing out.

Coming back to your natural breath.

Feel your body completely relaxed from head all the way down to your toes.

Feel the support of the earth under you as you surrender and let go of any stress or negativity.

And now bring your awareness to something that makes you feel grateful.

It can be a big happy memory or it can be a small detail in the present.

Just take a moment to appreciate how lucky you are.

Appreciate how far you've come and in your own language,

Give thanks for all the blessings you've received and all the blessings that are coming your way.

See and feel yourself shining like a bright star or a diamond.

Attracting new opportunities and radiating gratitude.

Finally,

Let's reprogram our mind for deep healing sleep.

Let's repeat this affirmation three times.
