Take a journey to yourself where I will introduce you to key ideas and exercises on compassion for your soul and true compassion for yourself. I will impart some practical methods and techniques that have been scientifically proven to increase self-compassion, and reduce self-criticism and shame to help you lead a happier and more fulfilling life. It will be a journey to wellness through compassion. You will learn to strengthen your self-love by practicing bringing self-compassion to life's day-to-day challenges. You will learn to be attuned to your body by the use of imagery exercises and self-compassion exercises that can help you to become more caring and supportive of yourself. You will learn to focus on how to develop and grow your compassionate self as well as practice how to direct this to yourself through journaling prompts. You will learn how to truly understand what self-compassion is, including some myths about it, and practice how to build the foundations of self-compassion. You will learn how to use the affirmations to truly come home to the happy healthy and proud YOU.
Christina is a wellness coach with multiple healing modality certifications such as Yoga Nidra , Yin Yoga, Reiki, Chakra and Crystal healing among others that she integrates in her sessions .Using positive psychology as a major background in her coaching, she brings gentleness, understanding and compassion to her own life and imparts this to her students and clients.

Learn how to become aware of how you may have used self criticism to motivate you and how a new more positive and gentle way of motivation can be achieved. A guided breathing warmup is is here fro you to be in a relaxed and receiving state.

You will learn how to make the image of a compassionate self more concrete and in alignment with this self preserving idea.Take your journal out and get ready to reflect .A gentle breathing warmup is used to guide you into a state of relaxation and renewal to keep you gently focused

Mind Training for Self-Love and Self-Like
You will learn that even being kind generous and loving to yourself and to others takes training and daily practice as well. Fostering awareness in yourself you gently train your mind to get into the habit of writing in your journal as a tool to release critical thoughts and learn to reflect throughout the day.

Soothing My Heart
Today, you will learn how to access a simple effective memorable, and honorable way to cultivate compassion for yourself when you need it the most. How we all share a common element in the meaning to be human.

Gentleness and the Inner Child Within
Today, you will once again bring your journal out for self reflection and conversation with your inner child .Here you learn deep self compassion and love when addressing your younger inner child . It allows you to recognize that difficult times too can be met with kindness

Vision Board for Decompression
Here you find that selfcare is not selfish, that it is fundamental for you and for those that you love to come from a state of positivity and well being.you learn what a vision board is and how to create one . after yesterdays charged session, today is more relaxed and meant to fun and creative

I Am Worthy
Affirmations are an essential part of the self compassion journey and here you step into deep gratitude for showing up for yourself and deeming yourself worthy enough already .you learn that affirmations are another tool for a life of grace and self love.
