A short course everyone has time to do, I highly recommend it.
I've done a couple of Alex's courses and each one helps with another layer. If you feel a draw towards it, go with it and do it, there's something there to be released. Despite doing numerous inner child practices, I've just had the break through I needed through the free writing journal practice. This I feel can unlock an area I've been working on.

Thank you Alex... you've definitely provided some valuable tools to work with to help re-nurture my creative side. It's so easy to wake up and think into the future and lose sight of the present... I will take one tool at a time and work with it before moving onto the next as this is what often holds me back!
