In this gentle 5-day course, you’ll learn to understand the roots of people-pleasing and begin releasing the guilt, fear of rejection, and fear of abandonment that make it hard to set boundaries. Through short teachings, journal prompts, and guided EFT Tapping sessions, you’ll be supported in calming your nervous system and reconnecting with your needs and your voice.
As your system softens, it becomes easier to speak your truth and create more honest, fulfilling relationships.
